6: Memories

Mark's POV:

I sigh happily as I clean up the dinner mess Jack and I created. Jack had offered to help but I quickly declined that. He needs a shower and rest. Once I told him this he shuffled to the bathroom.

I ignore the temptation of jumping in with him and collapse on the couch once I finish cleaning. My eyelids grow heavy as I check the time on my phone. 8:32. God what happened to me. Maybe it's all the running around I've been doing today.

I struggle to stay awake before sleep over whelms and a familiar song plays in my mind.

~in dream state~
Mark walks into a large building with the words 'Club Bliss' illuminated in neon on it, getting hit with the sudden warm air inside. He was coming in for the ''Help Wanted' sign he saw a couple weeks ago. As he entered he heard the last bit of 'In the Name of Love' being sang by a nice sounding woman.

He looks at the stage that the noise was coming from and saw a blonde woman wearing a skimpy outfit, bow as the curtains close with the crowd roaring. A man in a glittery black tux took her place with a few dry laughs.

"Ok ok, lady's and Gentlemen we have a special treat for you tonight! I'm calling my good friend Jack to sing for all you beautiful people!" He announced, turning slightly and throwing his arm out to present the figure that was being shown with the curtains opening and the band kicked up.

Mark practically had to pick his jaw off the floor when the Angel of his dreams was up there. His green hair that matched his green suit top and less formal green and black shorts. He was moving to the beat with his eyes closed at the crowd. He began to sing with a voice from the heavens and his eyes opening to reveal two eyes like diamonds staying on Mark.

Look around there's a whole lot of pretty people

On the floor up and close getting lost in it

The man on stage pointed to Mark and pulled him up as he sang. They began dancing with Jack leading and Mark smiling and blushing more then ever.

We're getting sweaty, hot and heavy in the crowd now

I feel the music moving through your body
Looking at you I can tell you want me

When I saw you there, sitting all alone in the dark acting like you didn't have a care

As they stop Mark had taken over and dipped Jack. The crowd goes wild and the curtains close. "Nice moves." Jack giggles knocking Mark out of his trance. "T-thanks. I'm Mark." He smiled, lifting the green boy up. "Jack." He held his hand out and Mark gladly took it.

They both felt a spark right away, looking in each other's beautiful eyes.

"Mark... Mark wake up." The same gentle voice from his dream faded in and out as he was lightly shaken awake.

"Hmmmm uhh?" Mark groans and he sat up, looking at his glowing boyfriend. "It's 10:38, come to bed please." Jack asked, yawning after. Mark soon yawns afterward and gave a nod.

He stood up and walked his partner to their bedroom, smiling at the memories.

TA DA!!!! That's how they met! At a strip joint! I LOVE this it's just the whole dancing and singing thing to it. The romance that builds at work, the thought of each other's touch! God this is so amazing to me! I just love it all.
