How I fell into a toads life

Tea (part one)

"This is good." I comment as I sip my tea. "Yeah, auntie Mabel made it." Carissa smiles. Carissa and me like tea, no one else in our class does sadly.  I take the last sip so does Carissa. As i'm taking my last sip, I feel weird as if the world is giving way, and then black pitch black. "Ugh..." I groan. "What happened?" I murmur. "That's what I want to know." A calm relaxed voice says chuckling.  This isn't Carissa's voice, My eyes bolt open. "W-w-who are y-you?" I scream looking into the face of a frog. "I'm someone, who are you?" She stares at me. "Um, i'm Petra!" I turn my head this way and that looking for Carissa. "I'm Mabel." She squints her eyes at me. "Have you seen my Petra? And my Carissa?" I shake my head nervously. "Oh darn... Not this again." She starts hopping around in circles. She was exactly two feet taller then me, and she had a frog face so you would probably be scared if you we're in this situation too.  "I can't believe this..." Mabel announced. "What?" Carissa walked in, she seemed to be fine. "No? No, no!" Mabel repeated over and over. "You okay Petra?" Carissa walks over to me and smiles. "How is this not weird for you?" Carissa shrugs. "It was. Mabel explained stuff, you've been out for hours." Carissa gives me a hug. "I want to go home!" I start crying. "Shh!" Mabel turns towards me. "Be quiet! I have some explaining to do." Mabel takes a deep breath.  "The tea you drank had gold coin weed in it. A special weed, if someone from the animal kingdom and earth as you call it, we call it the human kingdom, drink it in tea at the same time.... They switch spots." I shake my head, "this is a joke." Carissa shushes me. "It's true I hate to say it, it's happened once in animal kingdom history, you need to reverse the gold coin weed by eating copper weed in a tea at the same time." Mabel shakes her head sadly. "Nearly impossible." She mumbles. "Wait, wait." I jump up. "You mean i'm stuck here?! This is unacceptable! No, no, no!" Carissa hurries over to me. "Shh it'll be fine." She gives me a big bear hug. "I hate this as much as you two do! What about my girl Petra? And her friend Carissa? Their at your parent's house! What'll your parents think of two talking tall frogs? With clothes on!" Mabel breaks out in tears. "Ma'am their probably at my aunt's house. Her name is Mabel too." Carissa exclaims, I sit down in defeat. Upset and nervous.
