Chapter 2

Marionette POV

I landing on the balcony of my roof just as the last beep was heard from my miraculous before my transformation wore off. "Where on earth was Chat when I needed him today?" I asked Tikki as climb through the hatch leading into my room as Tikki flew over the the plate of cookies on my desk. "I don't know Marionette. But I'm sure he had a simple explanation for not being there today" Tikki said picking one up before taking a bite out of it.

"Well let's hope that it's a good excuse for not showing up. I also hope that he hasn't forgotten about patrol tonight either. " I said crossing my arms as I took a seat in front of my computer. "Relax Marionette. He'll show up tonight, trust me" Tikki said floating up in front of me holding her cooking. "Your right Tikki, but he does have a lot of explaining to do though" I say taking a cookie of the plate, as I turned on my computer, pulling up the LadyBlog to see if Alya had posted the Akuma attack yet

Adrien POV

"Adrien can I have some Camembert now" Plagg complained flying out of my jacket as walking into my room dumped my bag onto my desk along with my school books. "Fine. Since you behave during the photoshoot " I say pulling out a piece of stinky cheese that Plagg enjoys so much handing over to him, as his face lit up at the sight of the cheese zoomed over grabbing I put of my fingers. I sighed turning away from Plagg and his disgusting cheese, to pulling up the LadyBlog on my computer screens.

"Anything new about your Lovebug?" Plagg asked floating up in front of the screens looking at me. "Ha ha very funny" I say pushing him away with a finger so I could see the screens properly without him in the way to find a new video that Alya had just posted a few hours ago. "You got to be kidding me" I said staring at the screen as the video played. "What is it now" Plagg asked looking up from his cheese to the video playing. "There was an Akuma attack today." I said watching Ladybug jump behind a car. "So, what's your problem?" Plagg asked looking at me.

"The problem is that there was an Akuma and I wasn't their to help capture it and now Ladybug is going to be mad because I wasn't there, letting her do all the work" I groaned leaning my head back pulling my hands up covering my face. "You don't even know if she's going to be mad." Plagg said from above. "She is going to be mad. How am I supposed to protect Paris if I'm not there to help" I said removing my hands to looking over at Plagg.
