(Y/N) POV

I fell down after being pushed by Sehun,the one i love so much.I stood up and looked at him in his eyes.

"Sehun,You dont know that im sick.Do you?I have to go through a surgery and its tommorrow 17th May,my birthday,I dont know if i'll survive but how i wish you could remember me." I said as tears welled up in my eyes.

"Ooh.Shut up.Sehun doesnt want to know and he doesnt want to remember you at all.So just shut up and get out of OUR way!"
Taeyeon replied in an annoyed way.

"Why do you guys have to keep on doing this to me?I had enough already.Im weak,i cant take it anylonger." I replied and warm tears started to stream down my cheeks.

"Uggh who cares about you being weak?!Just go up stairs at the guest room and stop bothering me SAESANG" Sehun said to me.

I walked up the stairs.Step by step.I ignored the pain i had been feeling in my heart.

Sehun's POV

I was woken up by (Y/N) she said that she would be leaving for her sugery and that she had prepared breakfast for me.

I nodded my head and look next to me but Taeyeon isnt there maybe she had left.

After (Y/N) left i came down stairs and i could smell the food that she prepared.

"Mmmpphmmm its smells nice"i mumbled to myself.

I sat down at the kitchen counter when suddenly my head hurts.

------Sehun's flashback------

(Y/N) im gonna get you.Dont you dare run.

I caught her i carried her and she started punching my chest.

"Ani.Stop Sehun aaah..put me down!!!"she screamed

"Oucch.Okok dont shout."

I placed her on the floor and got ontop of her.I started tickling her on the stomach and neck.

"Sehun stoppp----Please ."
She said, saying in between of laughters.

"Say,Sehun i love you.Then i'll let you go"

"Okaaay----Sehun aaaah i love you" she said laughing."

Then i stopped.She looked at me and gave a "Dont you dare do that again" look.

----END OF Sehun's flashback----

"(Y/N) i...I remember you."i shouted out loud.

I ran out and tried calling her but its seem that she had switched her phone off.

Uggh the silly girl.

I took a cab and ask the driver to drive me to the hospital that i just came from yesterday.

"Uuh.Excuse me.Do you know where (Y/N) who registered for the heart surgery?"

"Ooh.She is at the ward 115 .Please wait outside.Wait for the doctor to approach you."

I quickly ran to (Y/N) ward.

I waited for HOURS but there seems like there's no doctor that approached me.

"Excuse me sir.What are you waiting for?"

"(Y/N) my wife."

"Didnt you know that she has passed away hours ago because of the surgery?"

"What?Its unbelievable"

I was shocked by what the nurse said. This is not suppose to happen.

I took a cab home couldnt ignore the fact that she is actually gone.Its a lie isnt it?"

Sungyeol's POV

I recieved a call from the doctor that (Y/N) had been talking about.

"Im sorry sir but (Y/N) didnt survive after the surgery we are really sorry".

After hearing what the doctor said my mouth hung in a letter 'O' i was shocked that she had to leave too early.

Its time for me to go and give Sehun the letter that she wrote.

-------NEXT MORNING------

I was awaken by a knock on the house door.

(Y/N) is it her?Has she come back?i thought but when i openned the door it was Sungyeol.

What is he doing here right now at this time.

"Sehun why is your eyes red?and yes this letter is from (Y/N) before she left."

"Whaaat?Give it to me" i said snatching it away from Sungyeol.

I open the letter and it wrote

From:Your SASAENG wife.
To:My one and only Sehun

Heey.I know that a part of you wouldnt want to read but please. Thank you for loving me for the past 2 years!I love you so much.Im sorry for really troubling you.Im sorry for forcing you to remember me everybit.Im really sorry though.Sehun i know you'll move on without even me having to tell you.Congratulations Sehun!Its nice to be loved by you when you didnt forget about me.I really do love you.:) I wouldnt be able to disturb you anylonger dont feel bothered.Dont forget to shower your new wife with full of love.:)

Tears streamed down my cheeks when i read that letter.

"Sehun?You remembered her already?"

"Yeaa yesterday after she left for the surgery."

and since that day on

Sehun stopped seeing Taeyeon because after he remembered he realised that his love for (Y/N) is inevitable.Sehun watched their wedding cd almost everytime when he is free.He couldnt get over it.He was stupid enough to not cherish her before she gone.
