The Secret Within

the sleepover

Gezzy greeted us at the door with a smile. Why he even has a key to my apartment...don't ask.
"Gezzy..." I said through tight lips and gritted teeth "what are you doing here?"
He ignored my obvious attitude and turned toward ruby.
"Ruby! How are you love?"
I rolled my eyes at his annoyingly sexy voice and him trying to talk proper.
"I'm good B.I.L, how are you?"
His eyebrows furrowed "B.I.L?"
She laughed..."oh nothing".
I laughed because only her and I knew what she was talking about.
"Can we start bringing her stuff in, please". I said interrupting their 'annoy emerald' fest.
We spent like 30 minutes carrying things in and loading them in her new room...which btw, she adored. Once everything was settled in I looked around, it was perfect....well almost perfect.
When her phone rang and she lit up, I became aware that ruby had a little beau she failed to tell me about.
"Heyy my lover.." she faded Into the kitchen. I reminded myself to ask her later and took the time I had to grab gezzy into my room. As soon as I shut the door, I fired questions like he was on family feud.
"Why on earth are you here? Did you bring any 'good stuff'? Do you think your staying? What did-"
He put his finger to my lips and shushed me.
"Calm down mami, I wont stay if you dont want me too".
"good, cause I don't".
He smirked, "what Is it with you and sleeping over? Like what about sleep overs don't you like?"
I heavily sat in my bed and drew a breath
"nothing, it's just if your not my man, and its more important now since my sister lives here now, I just don't want to set the wrong example..You know?"
"Ya mami, I get it...I'll go". He kissed me on the forehead and walked out the room.
I hated disappointing him but I couldn't let him stay...right?
I got up and followed his footsteps out the room just to see him standing beside ruby who was still beaming.
"So...hope you don't mind but I invited carlos over and ordered takeout. Oh and I asked gezzy to stay...we can make this a thing, every once in a while we order takeout and play board games and watch movies ext."
I blinked twice. Blinked again...oh this is real. I smiled tightly and pulled ruby inside her room.
I arched one, freshly done by the Dominicans, eyebrow and waited for her to explain.
She raised her hands up to a surrender pose and grinned.
"Ok ok, I'm sorry for inviting Gezzy to stay".
I rolled my eyes.
"I dont care about him staying....damn girl, I wanna know about carlos!"
I could tell she was in love and I wanted to know all about the one lucky guy that was making my sister happy.
"Ok ok, his name is carlos, hes from mexico, hes tall, has a thick accent, he adores my living soul and I adore his...he just makes me happy".
I wasn't no softy, but that was more a curse than a blessing. I wasn't going to corrupt ruby into all of my 'there is no such thing as a prince charming' bs. I was happy for her.
I hugged her as tight as I could "aww im uber happy for you sis!".
She rested in my arms and looked up at me and I swear that in that moment, she reminded me so much like myself.
"Oh and I'm sorry I didnt ask you before I invited him over.."
"Girl, this is your place now too...you can invite whoever you want, it dont bother me none".
She smiled and hugged me tighter, cutting my circulation "see, this is why I love you. I don't know what I'd do without you".
In that moment I heard the buzzer buzz.
Ruby practically jumped with excitement out the room with me following her. I joined gezzy and grabbed his hand, squeezing it.
I looked up at him "sorry for earlier".
He smiled and pulled me to him,"it's ok mami, I love it when you demand your way...it's super sexy".
Carlos walked in just as excited to see ruby as she was to see him.
I watched as he swooped her into a hug and kissed her so many times. They literally looked like the definition of love.
He broke free from her and strolled over to me.
"Damn ma, this is your sister? My older brother be tryna get at you".
I felt Gezzy wrap his arm around me and I fought the urge to slip away from him.
Carlos looked from me to gezzy and back to me.
"Oh I'm sorry, I didnt mean to offend anybody. Im carlos by the way".

********2 hours later**********
We played twister, uno, life and spades and had so much fun. I forgot what it felt like to be around my sister 25/8. I loved being around the one person that got me.
After about two rounds of each game we were all pretty exhausted and said our goodnights.
Gezzy picked me up bridal style and carried me to my room, shutting the door behind us.
Now hear me when I say that I swear I was gonna tell him he couldn't stay and I was really tired but when he laid me on the bed...i had to rethink what I wanted. I looked at his body up and down and it was so deliciously tempting.
'No!' I said to myself as I smiled at gezzy.
He smiled back "now I know you don't want me to stay so...ill see you tomorrow? "
I held back the urge to scream 'no don't go!' And just nodded my head yes....well at least I thought I nodded yes but instead I shook my head no and the words "stay" slipped out my mouth.
Gezzy turned towards me with a light in his eye, hungry for what was about to happen next.
Gezzy jumped on top of me and started kissing my neck...it was as if he was waiting for this moment all day. I grabbed his hair, pulling his hair back a bit so I could kiss his lips. Once his lips touched mine it was as if he was my drug and I needed every ounce of his cocaine.
Was I starting to feel something for this man?.. No!.... Ok maybe I was, but I assure you it was strictly sexual attraction.
I hadn't noticed that he ended up taking my clothes off until I looked down and all i was in was my bra and undies.
This man knew how to do it right...he knew my every curve, my every weakness...he knew how to satisfy me and that's all a girl could ask for.
He roughly snapped off my bra and before he took my undies off he looked at me
"mami, i think I'm falling for you".
