It was a sunny, but cold, November morning when Zosia walked out of the clinic she had been attending for the past two weeks. She had been having hourly sessions every second day due to a flare up of her bipolar as she hadn't been taking her medication, but for one reason only...

She was pregnant.

Zosia POV

Dom, Arthur and I were all sitting around the table in Keller's staff room after coming out of a surgical examination where each of us had to do fake surgery on different parts of a dummy. I was given the heart to work on as I was moving up to Darwin the following day.

"We need to do something to celebrate us all passing, I'm thinking Albies at 7?" I break the silence.

"You took the words right out of my mouth Dr March" Dom replies straight away, "Arthur?"

"I think I might just head back to the flat, it's been a long day. Plus Nemo will need fed". Nemo is a fish that Morven won for him at some carnival that happened last month, much to Dom's amusement as he somehow hates fish.

"Right, so it's just me and you Marchie, I'll get you at the pub at 7 precisely" Dom says to me whilst giving me a high five.

Albies

"One, two, three" Dom and I down our 3rd tequila shot of the night. "I'm really going to miss you Zosh when you move to Darwin, Keller won't be the same again" Dom says to me a little saddened.

"You'll be fine, I'll just be upstairs if you ever want to visit. Plus I'm not moving out so I'll still be about the flat, you won't get rid of me that easily. Shall we move onto cocktails now?"

A couple of hours, and many drinks, later, Dom and I were sitting down at a table playing snog, marry, kill when I am distracted by someone walking through the door. He was tall, had short, brown hair and the bluest eyes I had ever seen. I must've been staring at him a while as I hadn't noticed Dom going up to the bar to get more drinks, giving one to me then back to the bar to flirt with the bartender. The man then started to make his way over to the table and sat down where Dom was previously sitting.

"What's a pretty girl like you doing sitting and drinking all alone? I'm Oliver but everyone calls me Ollie" the man says to me with the most gorgeous smile.

"I'm Zosia. I am here with my best friend who has decided to ditch me to go and flirt with the bartender" I say with a little laugh.

"Well Zosia, you seem like the kind of girl that likes to have fun, do you want to go somewhere private? I know just the place" he says winking at me.

Ollie POV

I don't know what I'm doing. I've never been and picked up a stranger in a bar before. But this Zosia girl seems different. She is just what I need to move on, or so I am thinking. I don't even know the girl, why am I doing this? Who knows, but she does seem really fun. Am I ready for a relationship so soon? It's not even been a year since I lost my wife, Tara. I'm back home and I'll move on, no matter how hard it is.

Zosia POV

I am now in Ollie's flat. We haven't stopped kissing since the moment he closed his front door. His kisses send shivers down my spine, nothing like I've felt before. He pushes me against the wall and descends down to my neck. I cock it to the side so that he can kiss it in all the nooks and crannies.

"Let me show you to the bedroom" he says before picking me up bridal style, still kissing me, and carries me through to his room.

The next morning

I wake up and realise I'm in a strangers bed. I reluctantly look down and realise that I am completely naked. I have no memory whatsoever of last night. I roll over knocking someone with my right hand. The person groans and I pray I haven't woken them up.

I get out of bed and quickly throw yesterday's clothes on and rush out of his flat as quick as I can. What did I do last night? I don't know what I'd do if I saw him again. What a bad way to begin my new rotation; another drunken mistake.

New story. Going to do Zosia one shots, some will have two or three parts (like this one). I'm open to any ideas for some stories. Hope you enjoy them and please continue reading my other story, Fighting Chance. Thanks, Rachael xx
