(In my opinion, writing YN in a story just sorta ruins it,so in this imagine your name will be Lilly...I reccoment Small Bump by Ed Sheeran for this..)

Rumbling thunder sounding in the background, Lilly slowly climbs the stairs, two by two, to the nursery that would have belonged to her and Harry's soon to be child. She reaches the top,and crosses over to the closed door. She reached out to touch the knob, but her hand stopped short. " Should I?" she wondered. Without thinking, she opened it, and apprehensively stepped inside. She traces the sides of the wooden crib, feeling it's crevices and textures. Sighing, she puts one hand to her now flat belly, feeling empty, alone, remorseful. It had only been 3 days since the tragic news struck, and she just couldn't accept the fact. She momentarily closes her tired, swollen, stress worn and sleepless eyes, only to open them a second later, having seen moments of the past days just behind them. Her heart hurts at the clarity of the memory. She longed to hold the tiny person in her arms, that used to grow day by day just beyond her skin. But she can't, and never will. Instead, blaming herself. Once again, of many times lately, she succumbs to the tears forming in her eyes, clouding her vision, and fastly soaking through her tee shirt. She doesn't try to stop them, as she just can't. She leans up against the wall, gently sliding down onto her bum. The tears flow freely, like a dam that has burst, much like the pounding rain outside, padding on the window.

Harry enters the room, just as apprehensively as she had, looking much like she did, at that moment. wordlessly, he wraps Lilly into his arms, hiding his face into the crook of her neck, trembling lips brushing against her skin. " What were you doing in here?" He asks after awhile, when they'd both settled down a bit. Biting her lower lip, she answers simply, " Mason...." As her breath hitches in her throat. Harry just hugs her all the tighter, while he lits his head, glancing around at the freshly painted, pale blue walls,a stuffed bear aloft in the middle of the room. He picks it up, feeling it's soft fur, noticing the way it's button eyes just had a glow to it. Lilly stands up, wrapping her arms around his waist, just noticing that the rain has stopped, and in it's place, the sun slowly revealed itself from behind the gray curtains, casting a light through the window, and onto the mourning parents. Their heads turn up, gazing out to the window. They both broke into smiles through their tears, knowing that that light, WAS their son, that he was never truly gone. Though words were not spoken, they both knew it. They took this as a reassurgence, and slowly began to heal, knowing that that little piece of them would always be there<3
