(Lauren's P.O.V)
Woke up alone... almost forgot I broke up with him last night. I almost tripped over the tissues on the floor as I get up to use the restroom.
'Ding'
Remi: Hey, I was wondering if y'all wanna go to Alex's party tonight? He told me to invite a couple friends. Oh btw it's at 6:00pm
Lauren: yeah sure! Be there at 5:59
Remi: Kk, we should totally hang before the party!
Lauren: of course!
Remi: it's a plan
I checked the time, 11:48Am. I grabbed my tissues and shoved them into a garbage bag and put it by my door, I flopped on my bed and fell asleep.
I woke with the sun burning my back, I get up slowly and check the time 2:29! Running to the closet, I pick the perfect dress, it is long and red with waist cut outs. "Nice" I whispered to myself as I trot to the bathroom, turning on the shower.
I got out and put on my dress, it was 3:56 by the time I got out. I curled my hair and slapped on makeup.
"Great! I'm ready" I told myself
*Texts Remi*
Lauren: I'm ready wby? Are we still gonna hang?
Remi: sorry I can't go I'm going to hang with Kyle,
I didn't reply, I couldn't... she was hanging out with Kyle! We just broke up
'Ding'
Mia: Hey, Remi told me to tell you we going to the party together!
Lauren: great! I rather go with you anyway, she's hanging out with Kyle!
Mia: :O OMG!! No she didn't
Lauren: Yep:(
5:47, ok ok the uber got here, when I got to Alex's Mia was waiting in the elevator for me, we walked up to his door and knocked. It took a while for them to answer we were waiting for at least 30 seconds, Aaron answered. When I walked in Logan stood there looking from my ankles to my eyes, he smiled, it was the most awkward 4 seconds of my life. He walked over and shook my hand "Hey I'm Logan, you part of the Logang?" He introduced himself, I just smirked " I'm Lauren" I replied quickly. He grabbed my hand and we sat down, there was no music but it was low-key and perfect. We got to know each other. Alex got home from a meeting and the music started to play. He grabbed my arm and we danced a bit, it was around 10:00 I think we settled down and watched the purged. I hated it, it was the worst movies ever. I snuggled up to Alex and he put his arm around me. I think I'm catching feelings.
