So basically, this is a fun little idea I came up with this weekend with my friends.  It's very VAGUELY based off of a night I had not too long ago.  Hopefully it's not as awful as I think it is and as funny as I was anticipating.  Also, if you've read the story "One Direction's Favourite Colour Is...Indigo?" by the lovely McKenzieSchick, you'll recognize names.  This is in NO WAY a  part of the same universe, nor is it a spin off to said story. I'm just pretty fond of those people in real life and decided to include them in my shenanigans.  Anyways, I think that's it- enjoy!

 ~Prologue~

“I WANNA ROCK AND ROLL ALL NIIIIGHT AND PARTY EVERYDAY!”

The off-key Kiss rendition reverberated off the hotel walls over and over again like a broken record player. This was likely because it was the only part of the eighties anthem that the group of rambunctious teenagers knew and found relevant. The chant had been going strong for just over twenty five minutes and McKenzie Taylor had suspicions that their neighbours were already mapping out murder schemes. Of course, she had grown tired of repeating the same ten words as any normal person would, and instead opted to watch her companions’ daft behaviour from the safety of a corner.

“YEAH I WANNA ROCK AND ROLL ALL NIIIGHT AND PARTY-“

“OUCH, HARRY! THAT WAS MY FOOT!”

Harry Styles paused his raucous fist-pumping long enough to give Jaycie Monaghan a rather unconvincing apologetic smile.

“Sorry for party rockin’, love,” the Cheshire lad responded cheekily, which only resulted in a punch in the arm.

“Jaycie! Stop moving! Do you want me to burn your ear off?” Danielle Southy, who had been in the midst of curling the girl’s hair, scolded. Danielle’s long dark tresses had already been teased and molded to perfection, which had surprisingly only taken an hour. She had then taken pity on Jaycie’s fruitless attempts to tame the tangled jungle of hair atop her head and had offered her expertise.

“Well tell him to stop party rockin’ so hard!” The brown-eyed girl mumbled, aiming a glare towards Harry, who merely stuck out his tongue.

“And tell her to hurry up and fix the mop she calls hair so we can go clubbing- OW!”

“JAYCIE, stop moving!”

The entire exchange did nothing but confirm the fears that had arose in McKenzie when she had agreed to the idea. Like any young people between the ages of 17-20, One Direction and company had not found pleasure in the thought of spending a Friday night tucked away in a hotel room answering fan mail. They were young and, the way they saw it, they weren’t going to be that way very long- why not make the most of it now? It was only a matter of time before they were making plans for the ultimate prison break; ways to get from point A (their dismal hotel rooms) to point B (the happening new club that offered attractive dance partners and alcoholic beverages). Of course, McKenzie had smelled trouble as soon as the notion came flowing from Zayn Malik’s mouth. The only thing that kept her from staying home and enjoying a nice cup of tea along with the newest John Green novel was the fact that if she didn’t go along, there would be nothing stopping five British pop stars and their three girl companions from ending up in the drunk tank.

“Well, tonight could only end in either disaster or hilarity,” Liam Payne mused with a slight smile as he collapsed back onto the plush couch beside her. McKenzie eyed him wearily out of the corner of her eye.

“I predict disaster,” she responded with a sigh, causing the older boy to chuckle lightly and pat her reassuringly on the back.

“I do too. Thank God they have us, aye?”
