Right so Joe dropped this around a month ago, but it still counts as new, I guess. This video is nothing Joe running around in a poncho thing shopping for food and I still cherish it with all of my heart. I personally love the part where he's laying down in the street dressed in a garbage bag talking to his finger. It's relatable. If I had to describe this video as accurately as I could, I'd say it's like Banana Man's evil twin brother. 10/10 needs more views.
