Bright light hits my eyelids, making me blink. I'm blinded by the circle of light shone right at my face "pssttt Draco get up" I cover my eyes with hands "sodd off Zabini" "Get up damn it! " Blaise whisper shouts "not today man , you do this every rotten day! " I mumble annoyed "hey! It's not my fault , you know this is the only time I can see her without people noticing, without her noticing . If she found out - " he stopped , slumping his shoulders , giving up " you won't understand Draco..." " of course I don't understand! " I sleep yell " Of all the girls in this godforsaken place you end up liking loony - " I continue "hey! " Blaise interrupts "sorry Luna Lovegood " "she's amazing " " I hope you mean Weird and your mouths auto-correct is retarded " "what's auto- " "Chuck it " The 'Hermione Slang' is rubbing off on me . I have been accompanying Blaise to the dark forest once every three or four days to stalk Loony , ever since he admitted he liked her to me. Sometimes I wish I hadn't slipped those wretched few drops of snapes verutaserum into his pumpkin juice to find out what he had been keeping from me , blast me and my curiosity! Apparently loony wanders around by herself in the dark forest at night talking to the trees and throwing peices of food here and there. Why do I know this? I saw it for myself. The funny thing is after she drops it and moves on to the next place the food disappears right in front of our eyes. Blaise says she's feeding something called testrals and that only she can see them. Yeah right. Like I said, weird. "Do I HAVE to come? " " Come on man! I'll look like a fool if she catches me wandering around the woods doing nothing all by myself" "isn't that exactly the same thing she's doing? Maybe she'll finally notice you and relate and you both could be weird together" I chuckle "she's feeding the testrals! " "okay" I mutter, the sarcasm evident in my voice. "besides you owe me" Blaise says "for what exactly " I mutter lying down again. "for the test I stole from flitwicks office last week! I almost go expelled , not that I care much about this school but leaving means no more luna and that would mean me killing you... but I didn't, so u owe me for sparing you" Blaise says as a matter of factly Well, I am already up and I have lost my desire to sleep so I might as well join him " I'm up I'm up! god! " Blaise and I walk up the secret stairway behind the silver-green drapes next to the fireplace in the common room. We found out about these stairs last year when Blaise being the idiot he is traded the slytherin common room pass for the secret paths location with the Wesley twins. The twins stole all furniture from the common room and placed them in different locations throughout the castle. My face starts heating up thinking about it. The information seemed useless back then. But it seemed to fit perfectly in with this situation.
As we walk up the stairs I wonder , Blaise looks good enough, he's literally 'tall dark and OK looking ' isn't that what girls like? and he settles for Loony? It's not like no-one else will have him "why Luna man? She isn't even that beautiful, and she's a little odd You don't want THAT rubbing off on you now do you? " I start " maybe I should talk to her today ... NO maybe not .... She doesn't even know me.... Maybe I could introduce myself.. But what would I say ?... ' so Luna do you come here often........ The weathers pretty good huh..... ? ' nope stupid! Il just stare from afar like always " Blaise mutters paying no attention to me " why bother " I mutter to myself .
When we reach the top of the stairs Blaise stops abruptly and I bump into him and start falling backwards. A scream erupts from my mouth but before it can escape , blaise Catches me and puts his hand over my mouth " shhhh" Blaise says not looking at me but squinting his eyes and tilting his head like he's listening to something " shhhh my foot! I almost fell you bloody - " I start "shut up ! listen " I comply. I tilt my head and listen Voices , not one or two but several, maybe around 10 . Im taken out of my revere when Blaise pokes me in the ribs and motions for me to follow him . Both of us crouch and hide at the first Bush we see. I feel a wave of cold hit me Then I see it.
Ghosts! Around 10 - 20 ghosts floating in a circle made visible by the moonlight coming through the trees. They looked like they were having a serious discussion.
Now here came the weird part. Behind each ghost stood around five or six dementors floating around as if they were waiting for the ghosts to give them orders.
