Chapter 1

Brianna! Brianna!

I woke up slowing to my little sister screaming in my ear. "Wake up! It's a snow day!" She yelled.

I got up slowly and said, "Wanna go play in the snow?" "Yeah!!" She screamed again. We ran outside with our snow stuff on. "Don't let Jack Frost nip at your noises!" My mother yelled behind us. "We won't!" We both yelled in sync.

As we were building a snow fort, my little sister went across the street to get more snow, but the snow plow was coming down the hill at top speed. I ran in front of it and pushed her out of the way, i felt pain running through my body and my vision was blurry and all I saw was red snow all around me. The last thing I heard was. "BRIANNA!"

But my eyes opened. I was in the middle of a forest, and everywhere was snow. I look around and I see the moon. It was shining down right on me. I looked at my hands, they were normal, but, I felt my hair, it felt weird, I looked at the ice in the lake near by and my hair, was glowing a bit.

What am I?

Where am I?

When did I come from?

Did I have a family?

500 years later...

As I go through the town, I see Jack Frost jumping from building to building. I doubted he saw me, like everyone else in this town. So the thing I do, I learned after 100 years, I am the sun's daughter that raises the sun and the moon. I know It might seem crazy, but it's true.

I also never told you my name. My name is The Lady of Light, or call me Light for short. I was just hanging around until the sky got dark, but it was only 10:00 am. The I realized it was black sand. So I made a ball of light with my hands and threw it up and the black sand went away.

I looked around to see if anyone noticed, no one did, but one. Jack Frost was staring at me. He looked confused and scared. He came flying down to me and yelled. "Who are you, and what did you do?!" I backed up and I realized that I was leaning against a wall.

"Um.. My name is Light, and I'm the daughter of the sun." I said scaredly. He stepped back. "You are the daughter of the sun?!" He asked happily. "Yes...." I said trailing off. "Oh my god it is you!" He yelled. "Yes it is me, so what do you want with me, Jack Frost?" I asked him, raising one eyebrow.

"You need to come with me and meet the other guardians!" He said happily, "And how did you know my name?" "You cover things in frost, and I hear, "Don't let Jack Frost nip at your noses." So I just guessed." I said sarcastically.

"Come on! Yelled Jack, he grabbed my hand and started flying to the North Pole.
