Y/n POV

I wake up with the girls kissing me all over, they are trying to get my shirt off. So I sit up and help them, Lauren and I start kissing and our tongue are battling for dominance. I lost the battle when I could not help but let out a whimper, I just let her take control. Lauren just starts to kiss down my body to join Michelle, I look down but then quickly break the eye contact.

" Lauren!!!!!!" Michelle!!!!!" I shout.

" My sister had her time with you, now it's my turn" Lauren says smirking as a brace myself. Then we continue for almost an hour, I'm so sore and tired out but today we go to the doctor to see if I get to use my left arm again. Of course I'm going to have to go to physical therapy before I can use my left arm to it's full ability.

We go a quick breakfast Burrito it was delicious and now we are on the way to the doctors office, I'm really excited I might get this darn sling off.

Now we are at the doctors office, I immediately get my name called to go back to see the doctor. I got weight and then got my blood pressure as well as a recent x-rayon my left shoulder then we were lead to a room the doctor will see us in. Now the doctor just came with my x-rays.

" Your shoulder has improved a lot since I saw it, I'm happy to say that you do not have to wear the sling anymore. Tomorrow you will start your physical therapy here on the seventh floor in this hospital building. Does that sound good to you?"

" Yes that does doctor, thank you" I said shaking hands with and taking off the sling. Leaving and heading to the grocery store, because we need some groceries. So I'm following behind the girls as they are getting food we need.

I had a funny feeling that some one is following us around, so I got in between the girls and help push the cart a little bit. We got a lot of groceries and some dog food, then we drop off the groceries at home and went to a Chinese restaurant to get some food to go because we want to be lazy and not cook any food tonight.

On are way home when crash right in to us and have our car skid off the and run right into a tree, I hear ambulance sirens coming our way. But then I get dragged out of the car and i look up to see who it is and it's Jake.

" Shush sweetheart don't try to say anything, your finally coming back home where you belong" Jake to me right before I blacked out.
