Wither and Blossom

An unexpected customer visits the flower shop.
•Ding-ding.
The bell rang as the entrance to the flower shop was pushed open."Welcome to the Yamanaka flower shop!"
Ino rushes to the door to greet the visitor.
"Good morning."
Ino looks up to see the customer, and just as she sees his face, her heart skips a beat.
"Ah, Yamanaka-kun, was it? I'm sorry I barged in, do you happen to know where Naruto is—"
Without listening to his request, Ino reached out and puts a hand on the male's cheek.
"Yamanaka-kun...?"
"You're real..." Tears begin to brim on the sides of her perfect, crystal cerulean eyes. "Sasuke..."
It was him for sure; though he was different, it was indeed her childhood crush, Sasuke Uchiha.
It had been far too long, but the years treated him well.
His face matured, as well as his voice; he gained a defined jawline, a rigid nose and his eyes weren't the dull dark shade as before; they were vitalized; full of life and energy; was this the real Sasuke standing in front of her?
He found himself smiling softly at her, out of respect, and being plain humble. "Yamanaka-kun,"
"Shut up." She wrapped her arms around his neck and buried her head into his chest, weeping silently.
"Sorry, Ino." He put a heavy hand on her head. "It's been long, hasn't it?"
"Y-Yeah..." She stuttered, composing herself. "Why?"
"I was an idiot, but that can be discussed later." Sasuke smiled again, still as soft as before. "You still smell like the spring tomatoes we used to pick as kids, you know?"
That hit the spot; a bright red shade hit her cheeks, causing her to shy away. "I don't!" She defended. "It's probably the flowers, do you want some coffee beans?"
Sasuke chuckled lightly, looking around. "You've put the powerful flowers in the back, haven't you? It's almost closing time, you used to do that all the time."
"How did you..."
"I wouldn't forget the nice memories I had at this village even if I wanted to." Sasuke sighed, looking at the rainy weather outside. "How've you been these last few years?"
"Good," She murmured, embarrassed. "I've been, you know running the shop," She smiled then, remembering a certain someone. "And I was asked out by Sai, to dinner next week, so there's that."
"Is that so?" Sasuke said, slightly disappointed.
"Yeah! Sai is, you know, totally not moody and scary like someone I know..."
Sasuke smirked; that trademark, archaic smirk that sent chills down her spine.
"I didn't want to settle for a girl like Sakura, but I'm sure the Uchiha family will be fine with a medical nin like herself—"
"A-Aha, that's nice..." Ino rubbed the back of her head.
Sasuke's eyes turned to the Uchiha blood red hue; as he murmured to Ino. "I know you're lying, miss. Sai wouldn't ask you out, he'd rather draw up a girlfriend."
Ino stepped back slightly, chuckling nervously at Sasuke's sharingan.
"I-I, uh, no really, haha, I'm serious."
He had her against the wall, without laying a finger on her; that was the dominant Sasuke's charm and determination speaking.
"Ino; I wish you were the person who asked me to stay in Konoha." Sasuke whispered. "Besides, Sakura only looks at me for my looks, and well," His eyes turned back to their soft brown. "You and I have sort of a history, don't we?"
She nodded uneasily.
"In that case, I'll take my leave," He nods to himself, before pushing her arm against the wall, and staring her in the eye.
It was that moment that made the fifteen years of waiting worth it.
His rough but tender lips made contact with Ino's sweet, watermelon pink lips, in a sweet sweet kiss. As he pulled away, Ino tried to move in for another, but Sasuke hushed her with a slender finger.
"How far do you think I'll go if I get another kiss?" He teased.
"Too far...?"
"Mhm." He smirked, leaving her arm. "I'll see you."
He began to head for the door, wrapping his shroud back over his head, and sighing.
Just as he pushed the door, Ino calls for him.
"My parents don't leave here anymore," Ino suggested, getting Sasuke to raise a brow.
"What could that lead to?" Sasuke smirked.
"I don't know, and frankly, I don't care." Ino battled his smirk with a smirk of her own, before she jumped onto him, legs wrapped around his waist.
He stared down at her, as his hands explorer her legs that always stood out beneath her purple skirt. He licked his lips hungrily, before awkwardly taking her through the store to the back; into her bedroom, where the rest of the night was spent very, very nicely.
