The lyrics to the song are "I'm two, be gone, you see rain."
My interpretation of these lyrics are that, since Nick (tøp's last remaining member before Josh joined) left, there are only two people now in Twenty One Pilots - Tyler and Josh.
"Be gone, you see rain" probably means that Tyler doesn't know how Nick will move on without them.
That's just my interpretation of the lyrics. You might have a different theory about the song, but that's ok. Everyone theorizes a song a little bit differently, right?
