A few weeks later
" Do you want anything to eat baby?"
I put down the nail gun and wipe the sweat from my forehead as Willmarie walks up to the ladder
" Of course, give me a sec..."
" What did the doctor tell you? Your not supposed to be doing anything with that broken ass arm of yours." She says cutting me off completely
I hop off the ladder and glare at her
" And what did the doctor tell you? Your not supposed to be on your feet at all with your pregnant ass."
She sucks her teeth and I chuckle lightly
" After we eat, I want you back in that bed."
" You are so fucking aggravating I swear!" She mumbles as she walks off
I laugh as I follow behind her in the house
" It's okay baby, I'll tuck you in if you want." I smile as I walk through the slide in doors
" Bruno shut up before I let you starve."
I quickly shut my ass up and wash my hands at the sink before sliding into my seat
" Come eat baby girl!" Will yells out as she sets a big plate of Spaghetti in front of me
" I'm not hungry mommy." She yells back
I struggle to spin the noodles around my fork, but when I finally do I stuff it in my mouth and look up to see Willmarie giving me an annoyed look
" What's the matter?" I ask with my mouth full of food
" She hasn't ate anything but packs of fruit snacks all day. She needs some food." She sighs
" Come on Lilly pad! Mommy made spaghetti and it's delicious!" I yell
I hear her suck her little teeth and I turn my body to face the doorway just as she walks in
" Is there something wrong with your teeth little lady?" I ask her
She shakes her head and slides into the seat next to me just as Will walks over with her little plate, setting it right in front of her
" It's yummy darling, try it."
" I'm not hungry." She pouts
I look up real quick to see Willmarie doing something at the counters so I quickly lean over and tuck her curls behind her ear
" Tell you what, you eat your food and I'll take you out for ice cream..."
" Bruno please stop bribing her with junk food." Will says sitting across from me
I get back on my side of the table and continue eating my food
" I mean I bribed you yesterday with a bag of mini donuts and it worked." I shrug
