C/N and I are at the dog shelter, where we volunteer, and I just can't get what happened of my mind.

C/N, we need to talk about what happened..."

"I don't want to."

"Why?"

"It's complicated."

"Ok. I won't rush you."

C/N gives me a small smile and gets back to work, having  a look a relief on their face.

"So um..." , I say, trying to break the silence. "School starts back tomorrow."

"Yeah, don't remind me!" C/N laughs. " How about going to the movies later? I'd like to have some fun before we have to go to that boring place!"

"Sure. Why not?"

"That was fun, C/N!!!" I say, as we pull into my driveway.

"Yeah, it was", C/N says, slightly blushing. "I had fun."

"Me too!"

C/N steps closer to me, grabs my face, and looks into my eyes.

"I love you, Y/N"

Silence.

"I love you too"

Then, C/N kisses me during the sunset.

" Ha. That was the cheesiest thing that has ever happened to me!" I say.

C/N chuckles along with me.
"I know"

...

"You know I'm taking you to the dance, right?" C/N says.

"Wait, but I thought -"

"Shh. I know people".

"Well, ok then!" I giggle.

Then C/N leaves me to go inside.

I can't believe that just happened. It's unreal!
