Everyone came and saw my for the last time saying good by but when Logan came in the nurse said I could be in an state of coma which didn't make sense because they said I didn't make it ????
Logan came in and said
Logan: Hey
Logan: I know you probably can't hear me but I really need you to wake up ...
Logan : Jake and I need you, who else will give me hugs in the morning and hang out with me when other people can't ... who will be there to love me I mean uh um Jake . He started to cry, he held my hand and laid his head on the railing of the hospital bed . I felt a shock through my body as if I was sprung back to the world . I opened my eyes and I was back . Logan had his eyes closed crying . I took my other hand and put it through his hair and said
Y/n: Miss me ?
Logan looked up at me and lightly yelled "Omg, your back we thought you were gone !" The boys ran into my room and they cried but this time the Martinez twins and Tessa and Erika were there . We all cried as we hugged each other . Logan called for the nurse and explained . They told me they'd let me out in a week or 2 and I'd be on crutches because I got hurt pretty bad .

2 weeks pass *
Jake is coming to pick me up from the hospital after his almost 200 visits I didn't tell anyone that I heard and saw everything ... no one but me knows . As Jake arrived I tried to walk on my crutches and we made it to the car with the nurse there to help me get there if I fell or anything . We got to the house were I saw a huge sign that said "Welcome home !"
I entered the house and everyone clapped and said welcome back including Logan and some of his friends . After I hung out with everyone I took my medicine I got prescribed and got really sleepy so I went to bed on the couch but Jake helped me up to my room so it wasn't to loud . He tucked me in and gave me a kiss on the forehead and He turned away to leave but I grabbed his hand .
Y/n: Jake... I need you to know something
Jake : what ?
Y/n: The day I went to the hospital, I went out of my body .... as if I was a ghost . I saw my life flash before my eyes and I saw you cry and I heard everything that everyone said to me in my room ...
y/n : And I heard you ... your voice telling me you love me ... and I love you too ❤️

She loves me ??? She has to be joking there's no way ...

Chance's p.o.v
I was walking upstairs to make sure y/n made it upstairs ok . I should have known Jake would make a move to get her to love him . I'm already to late . I heard their entire conversation because I stopped in front of the door way .. and I heard the she heard everything in the hospital but ... she didn't hear me ask her to be my girlfriend, I stepped on a plastic bottle outside the room and heard Jake say "I'll be right back I'll go check what that was ". I freaked out and ran to my room to hide so he didn't see me .

I heard Chance come upstairs behind me and I saw him run across the hall , he hear my entire conversation and now he's probably hurt but I heard him
Murmur to himself outside my door.. but I couldn't make it out ...

Jake left my room and he didn't come back I fell asleep and woke back up at 8:00am I slept the whole day yesterday .... I got out of bed and tried to use my crutches but I still don't have a grip on using them .. Anthony walked passed my room to go downstairs and saw my struggling to get up .
Anthony : Do you want me to just carry you ?
Y/n : Um sure ... Thank you
Anthony : Anytime

She looks miserable ... I wish she didn't get hurt she's the only person other than the guys in this house who's been with me forever .

Anthony came all the way into the room and lightly put my arm over his shoulder . He lifted me up, like a bride and helped me down stairs . As we walked down stairs he kept looking at me
Y/n : Take a picture it will last longer
Anthony : No ...
Anthony brought me to the bottom of the stairs and set me down . He gave me a kiss on the forehead and said
Anthony: Hope you feel better soon maybe later you and the girls could bedazzle your crutches so you have something to do ?
Angel : No way they're going to be all camo so I can sneak up on you guys!

Anthony walked outside and I followed, seeing Jake out the window .... My feelings still mixed mostly because I still had a crush on Chance but Jake treated me so well . I got outside completely after minutes of almost falling trying to get out and said
Jake: Here just sit on my lap
Jake: We don't have a lot of chairs the lagoon kinda ate them .
I lightly laughed and sat down
I rested my head on his shoulder and he held my hand while sitting in the chair . After about an hour or to of being out their Tessa texted me to ask if I wanted to get food with her I said yes and started getting up to leave . Jake stopped me to asked were I'm going
Jake: Where are you off to ?
Y/n : I'm going to go get food with Tessa
Jake : Ok do you want me to help you upstairs
Y/n : Sure
Jake put my arms over his shoulders and piggy backed me up to my room . But he closed the door after setting me down telling me .
Jake sat next to me and said : I thought I almost lost you .. it scared me a little
Y/n : I'm sorry ... I guess I just keep falling for people 😂
