Lila's Point Of View

"Lila get up! Stop screaming! You're okay!" Harry yelled as he gripped my shoulders but I just continued to scream, kick, and cry. "It was just a dream, you're fine!" Harry yelled and suddenly I jolted awake, the room falling silent except for my heavy breathing as I looked up at him, sweat covering my shaking body. "You're okay Lila, you're okay," Harry murmured as he looked down at me.

"W-what, are you okay Harry? What happened? How did we get away?" I asked as I looked around the room nervously, trying to see if the beings were in the room with us.

"It was just a dream, they already got inside your head which isn't a good thing. I don't even understand how they already know we're here," Harry mumbled a reply that just struck me with more confusion.

"Who are they? And what do you mean they got inside my head?" I asked as I sat up, leaning my back against the cold and dented wall of the room.

"It doesn't matter who they are, just stay with me and don't go outside alone, don't go outside when it's dark either no matter what," he replied seriously.

"It does matter who they are Harry, I want to know! I'm completely confused and I need answers but you aren't giving me any!" I practically shouted at him, I was sick of him not answering me everytime I asked a question, he would just make me more confused than before.

"Hey!" Harry snapped, his voice echoing throughout the cold, empty, damp house we sat in. "Don't yell at me, I'm trying to help you, I'm trying to keep you alive I don't need you to keep asking me questions, just let me think!" He yelled causing me to fall silent almost instantly. I watched him for a moment as he sat against the wall opposite of me, holding his head in his hands as he mumbled things to himself, things I couldn't hear.

"You want to help me and keep me alive? Then let me fucking go!" I shouted at him. Yes, I was still terrified of him but I didn't want to stay here any longer and I didn't want to be eneveloped in my own fear for another second.

"You want to go? Then fucking go! Leave! I don't fucking care anymore! Get the fuck out of here, good fucking luck to you because you'll fucking need it and if you make the walk back to the road in one piece I'll be god damn amazed, so congratu-fucking-lations on pissing me off now get the fuck out of this house!" Harry yelled. He had stood up and shoved me backwards into the wall, leaning forward so his face was centimeters from mine as he screamed at me.

As soon as Harry took a step backwards I began to walk out of the room and down the stairs towards the front door without saying another word. I grabbed the knob and flung the front door open causing it to smash into one of the walls of the house as I left, walking through the practically silent woods by myself, just like Harry had told me not to do.

"Wait, Lila, come back, I just lost my temper and I'm sorry!" Harry called causing me to look behind me to see him coming after me.

As soon as I saw him I took off running, I wanted to get as far away from this lunatic as I possibly could. He was absolutely crazy, he was bipolar, and he was a fricken psychopathic murderer. I could hear him chasing after me and calling my name which just willed me to go faster. I sprinted through the woods, dodging branches and roots that way I wouldn't be slowed down. I knew Harry was gaining on me, I knew he was faster than me and soon he would catch me and drag me back to the house with him but I wasn't a quitter and I wasn't about to give up now. I glanced behind me to see just how close Harry was and to my surprise I was actually quite a lot farther ahead of him than I had imagined I'd be. Just as I turned my head to look ahead of me again to see where I was going I saw a pure black figure with glowing red eyes approaching quickly, it was one pf the beings from my dream last night. I immediately skidded to a stop just staring at the being with wide eyes, my breathing was heavy from a mixture of panic and fatigue. Within seconds I felt Harry's large body slam into mine sending us both crashing to the ground of the woods with a thud, a snap of a stick, and a groan of pain.

"Oh shit, come on!" Harry yelled when he caught sight of the black figure drawing closer and closer to us with every second that passed, and he stood up quickly.

He picked me up by the collar of my sweatshirt which I still wore from the day before, pulling me up to my feet. He grabbed my wrist with one hand before he took off running back in the direction of the run down house in which we had come from. We ran through the woods hurriedly, trying to get away from the being which was now joined by two more, just like in my dream. I was horrified, I thought my dream would come true and that was the absolute last thing I wanted to happen right now. As we were running, Harry ended up letting go of my wrist and taking my hand, intertwining our fingers, I was too focused on running to the safety the house offered us to even care though. I was stumbling over roots that stuck out of the ground but Harry made sure I never fell as falling would just slow us down so we would be caught and who knows what horrible things would happen to us then. I noticed the house finally coming into view ahead of us, I looked back to see how close the beings were just to snap my head forward again because of Harry yelling at me.

"Don't look at them, don't look behind us, just keep running or they'll catch up!" He said, practically shouting in my ear.

We were soon running up the steps of the house and we burst through the door, Harry slamming the door shut behind us, both of us collapsing to the floor of the house as we tried to catch our breaths. I lay on my back, staring at the ceiling, Harry lay right beside me. After a moment or two of just laying there now that I could breathe again, I stood up and pulled my sweatshirt off considering it was getting hot outside and I had just ran for quite awhile. I was now left in a pair of jeans and my Boondock Saints cutoff shirt, it was just plain white with Connor and Murphy pointing their guns at the words 'Boondock Saints' written in black.

"Hey Lila, I'm sorry about what happened earlier, I didn't mean to snap like that, I swear didn't mean anything I said to you, I want you to stay here, with me," Harry spoke quietly, walking up to me with a slight smile tugging at his lips, not a smirk but a genuine smile.

"It's okay Harry, I'm more worried about what happened out there just now," I said barely above a whisper considering how close Harry was to me, he was standing inches away from me.

"Yeah, I'll explain everything that happened in a minute, I just want you to know that I am really sorry about what happened, I'm sorry I lost my temper," he murmured, stepping even closer so I was now pinned up against the wall,

"I said it's fine Harry I-" I started but Harry cut me off.

"No, it's not fine Lila, I shouldn't have freaked out, I shouldn't have yelled at you like that or treated you like I did and I'm really sorry for what I did," he mumbled quietly as he bit down on his lower lip lightly, stepping even closer so our bodies were now pressed against each other. He raised a hand to move a piece of hair that had fallen out of my ponytail and he tucked it behind my ear, his hand running down my cheek gently before it fell back to his side. His emerald eyes moved downward to look at my lips for a moment before he looked back into my eyes, a slight smile tugging at his lips.
