Everything But typical

The very begining

I was sitting at home playing Call of Duty when there was a knock on the door. I was kinda mad cuz I was just about to hit level 50. I paused the game and went to answer it. It was Opal and this short man who I had no idea who her was. I stared at him in confusion "who is this?". I asked. "Oh this is m-my friend Tord" Opal said. "Mhm...is it your boyfriend (Lenny face)?". Opal blushed "mabye". "Well it's kinda cold out you can come in." "Might as well come in." Opal said. "Wow nice place you got here." "Thanks!". I said a little dog came running in wagging its tail. "Oh this is pita she's a Pomeranian!". I said smiling. "Cute." Opal said. I was surprised how quiet Tord was. He didn't say much at all. "Mom!!" Said Amy. "What!" "Can I go to the movies with Chloe?". "Sure!". "Who was that?". Opal said. "That's my daughter Amy, and I have a younger son named Adam but he's at school." "Oh. Wait how did you..." I showed her my ring and smiled. "Oh." She said. I picked up Pita and set her on her couch. "So you hungry?" I asked. "I'm good". Opal said. "I'll have a beer." Tord said. he had a strong accent but I didn't question sounded like Norwegian. I gave him one of sky's beers. Amy came downstairs with her purse "see ya mom!". "Bye honey!". I called back. I got myself a beer. "So how's life been for you?". I asked. "It's been alright well not really there was an attack on the base so...". Opal said. "Oh.". I said. I heard a knock on the door. "Hey you two!". It was Adam and Sky. "Hey mom!". Adam said. "Hi babe". Sky said. I kissed them on the cheek and went back to Opal. "Wow I thought you were lesbian."  I glared at her. "don't even go there". I went back to the living room and continued with Call of Duty. "Oh you're a gamer?" Tord asked. "Yeah duh." I said. "Yesh I was just wondering." I laughed a little. "So what level?". Opal asked. "50". I replied. "Nice!!". "Thanks OMG level 51 yes!!!". I screamed. "Hehe sorry just a bit excited". I said. "Your fine crap gotta go see ya later broski." And like that she teleported with Tord out of the room. Pita woke up and rubbed her head on my knee. "Hi Pita!". I said rubbing her head. Amy came home moments later and twirled onto the couch. "What's up with you?". I asked. "I sat with the most handsomest guy". She said blushing and smiling. I smirked "who might that be?". "Dillan". She said blushing. "Oh yeah Dillan I remember him". Amy looked at me with a huge grin "he kissed me and I melted." I smiled and rolled my eyes. Pita ran over to Amy and tackled her. Amy laughed. Sky came over "hey ladies". He said smiling. "Hey handsome". I said batting my eyes . "Mom save it for the room!". Amy said. "Amethyst!!" I screamed. "What?". She said. I slapped my forehead "never mind". Sky handed me a beer and went back upstairs. "Teens these days". I said.

Tord and Opal were outside on the hill watching the sunset. "This is nice..". Opal said. Tord held her and and kissed her cheek. "You're my everything Opal". He said blushing. Opal smiled. Tord pulled something out of his pocket and set it behind him.
