After about twenty minutes, paramedics and policemen had shown up at Akademi high. Ayano was taken away on a stretcher, as was Budo and Taro and Osana were taken to the hospital anyways to check for injuries. After the intense fighting between Budo and Osana, Taro was surprised Osana came out almost directly unharmed. As they were riding in the back of the ambulance, Taro started conversation. "How did the fight start?" Osana looked at him with bloodshot eyes. She had been crying. She looked back down at the ground and then at the stretcher. Taro realized that they were in the same Van as Ayano. "He... He uh..." Osana started. "A-Ask him later o-okay?" She replied, lifting her head. Taro could clearly see she was crying again. He leaned into her slowly and gave her a huge hug. She wrapped her arms around him and sobbed quietly. Taro knew then and there, he needed to have a serious talk with Budo.
Taro was the first to exit his checkup room. He looked around the empty halls of the hospital. It was late at night. He felt bad for having disturbed the staff so late. He apologized to the doctor, he said not to; it was his job. He was sitting on a cushioned bench, lost in thought, when he was interrupted by a loud, harsh, bark of a scream. The yeller's voice seemed parched and dry. "Where is Ayano Aishi?!" He heard. Followed by a loud bang. He assumed Osana had slapped her hands down on the reception desk. He sighed and stood up. He walked over to the desk; the site being not so un-common to him. Except for the fact that Osana was crying again. "O-Osana?" Taro said quietly emerging from the hallway. Osana rolled her long sleeves quickly back down from their rolled up position. She wiped her tears and stared at Taro with a straight face. As straight as she could keep it. "You can't just boss people around when they're doing their job as well as they can." "M-Miss?" The nurse piped up. "H-huh? I-I'm so sorry for yelling." Osana talked quietly with a very obvious accent of worry lingering in her words. "C-Could you please tell me what room Ayano Aishi is staying in?" She asked calmly. Still that lingering hint of worry. "Room 308. Down the southern hall and turn right at the exit." The nurse responded calmly. "And no need to apologize for the yelling. We get much worse :)" The nurse said with a smile on her face. Osana quickly turned to look at Taro. She than took off down the hall, her tears glistening as she ran. Ayano really had changed her. She wasn't the obnoxious, bitchy type of person anymore. At least she didn't seem like it anymore now. "Do you need anything Taro?" The nurse asked, snapping him out of his daze. "How do you know my..?" "I heard your friend call you that as you approached. So Sir, do you need anything?" Taro was reminiscent of what had just happened. Ayano was probably in a lot of pain. Osana was in a mental dungeon with no exit and Budo... "Could you tell me which room Budo Masuta is staying in please miss?" Budo loved him. "Room.. Oh... Room 309. Same way in which your friend ran." She replied. "Thank you Miss." Taro said walking down the hall. He walked past Ayano's room nearly missing Osana's gaze. He decided to listen in a bit. "I'm fine Sana... Really." "Y-You don't l-look fine. I-if I was just a l-little stronger I c-could've..." Ayano shushed Osana. Although Taro didn't see how, he assumed by a kiss. He could feel their connection. It was that strong. "P-please don't die..." Osana whimpered, it was muffled. "It's just a broken ankle. Don't worry. Stop crying Sana. Please." Taro shuffled across the hall to room 309. Time to get some answers.
"Masuta." Taro said sternly walking into the room. He was surprised his parents weren't there. "T-Taro..?" Budo replied shakily. He was covering every part of his body with the blankets. "We need to have a serious talk. Now." Budo sighed. "F-Fine Yamada. I-I'm warnin' ya though. O-Osana did s-some damage." Budo took off the blankets and sat up. Taro was horrified. One side of Budo's face was scratched up and covered in blood. His right side. Of which, his right eye was covered by an eye patch and his left was coated in a different color. Like a black. The white parts of his eyes were almost entirely hidden and his hands were bandaged as well as his right leg. "W-whoa.." Taro whispered. He snapped back into reality. "How did the fight start...?" Budo seemed to embrace the question. "I snapped Ayano's ankle." "WHAT? WHY?" "Heh. She charged at me. I just tripped her. She fell to the ground and her leg got caught on the metal base of the punching bag. Bone popped right out of it's place." Budo replied. The smile had faded off of his face. "Osana tackled me to the ground, we kinda just started punching each other. I punched her in the head twice and she responded with this shit. Clawing up my entire body. Am I still beautiful?" He asked. Taro was silent. 'So It's Osana's fault. She started the fight. Budo didn't lay a hand on Ayano.' he thought. "Yamada... G-Get out..." Taro was peaked up by Budo's words as he saw a shadow over him. A towering one. "Who the fuck are you...?"
