"Yo, Alice! I need your help with this video, come down here!" I yelled while setting up the camera.

"Shut up, I'm coming!" she yelled back with sarcasm. I rolled my eyes and went into the kitchen. As I started to pull out some ingredients, Alice entered.

"What do you want?" she asked, flipping her blonde hair in annoyance.

"Well, miss cranky pants, the fans want us to do one of those best friend tags, so clearly I need you for this." I pull out a jar of salsa, pasta sauce, and jam from the pantry and set those aside. Alice sighed heavily and sat down on a stool.

"What about Kylie? Oh, and we have to do this outside or my mom will kill us."

"She went to visit the fam." I told her, my voice breaking slightly. My eyes drifted down at the thought. It's not that I'm not happy for her, but thinking about her with her family in Ohio reminds me of my family and what happened.

Alice's brown eyes soften when I look up. I take a deep breathe and decide to not dwell on it, I've done that enough the past 5 months. We gather the ingredients and take them outside onto the back patio.

2 hours later we are covered head to toe in many different foods. What we do for fans is beyond me sometimes.

We go to take showers, careful not to make too much of a mess on the floor. Autumn, Alice's mom, comes home from work an hour later. I'm brushing my long brown hair when she enters and plops herself onto my bed.

"Hey, Autumn!" I hum in greeting. She looks up and starts to fake cry, something that she tends to do a lot more than really crying.

"What did Alice do now?" I chuckle, throwing my hair brush back onto my dresser.

"I came in to say how much I loved and missed her while I was at work and she threw a pillow at me." she fake sobs.

"That's not true! She came in and wouldn't get off of me! Don't listen to her Aria!" Alice screams from across the hall. Autumn looks at me, hoping that I take her side. I raise my hands in defense, sitting on the floor with my phone.

My phone buzzes with a new message.

From: Jacub Whiteturds

Hey, A. I'm performing at something called Magcon in Nashville next week, you, Alice and Kylie should come! I'll get you guys in if you do, just call me when you get a chance and we can make plans. Love ya.

I smile, I haven't talked to Jacob in awhile. Jacob Whitesides is a singer who I became friends with after I started making YouTube videos 7 months ago. He's my best guy friend and I feel bad for not having much contact with him recently.

Hey! I'll have to talk to Autumn, but we should be able to go! Not much to do next week other than a couple meetings. I'm slightly familiar with Magcon, so I'm sure it'll be fun. Call you in 10? :)

"What are you smiling about?" Alice asks, walking into the room.

"Jacob is performing at Magcon and wants us to come see him!" I smile. Jacob is a great friend and I haven't really seen him since I got kicked out.

I should probably tell you about that now, shouldn't I? I used to live in Ohio with Alice and Kylie before we moved to Nashville. When we started our collab channel on YouTube, everyone was happy for us. Everyone, but my family. They didn't like the fact that I was posting things on the internet. When we reached 500,000 subscribers, and had developed a fan base, my family couldn't handle it.

My parents said that I needed to stop making videos, that it was annoying and I was wasting my time. They practically packed my bags for me when I refused to give up making videos. I took my car and drove the 40 minutes to Alice's house. Greg, Alice's stepfather, answered the door and I can remember how confused and worried he looked. It was 11 at night and I probably looked like I had been run over or something. I just stood there and started sobbing. He knew enough to where he figured it had to do with my parents.

Autumn and Alice came downstairs and I told them all what had happened. Greg and Autumn immediately agreed to let me stay with them until things got figured out. After a couple of weeks of staying with them, they decided to let me live with them completely.

I lived with them for 2 months before we decided to move to Nashville. Kylie is 18 so she left her family in Ohio and lives with us. I just turned 17 in November and Alice turned 16 in September. We are all pretty much spread out even though we are in the same grade at school.

We've been living in Nashville for 3 months now, but we are moving to LA soon.

Back to right now.

"I swear you guys like each other." Alice states, shaking her head. I give her a death glare. She knows exactly how I feel about Jacob and it's not in that way. He was there for me when my parents neglected me, so it's almost like we have a special bond. He's the only guy to actually care about me.

"Shut up,"I snap, "go ask your mom while I call Kylie."

Alice left the room and I dialed Kylie's number. After I talked to Kylie who was down to go, and Autumn said that we could go, I called Jacob.

"Hey, babe."

"Hey, Jacob! We are all down to go, what's the plan?" I reply, smiling at the sound of his raspy voice that I've missed.

Jacob explained what hotel everyone was staying at, what time to get there, and that we would be let in earlier so we wouldn't get mobbed.

All of the plans were set and I was excited, events always helped me be happy and helped me forget that my blood family didn't like me, even just for a short time. Who knew what Magcon would lead me to?
