"Ring, Ring Ring Ringggg"!!
"Ughhhh", I groaned. I turned off my alarm and started checking my notifications. Once I finished I rolled off my bed, and started to get ready for work. Today I'll be attending my first job so hopefully I won't blow it.
Once my bathing suit was on I decided to wear a tank top, some distressed shorts, and my black and red Jordan foams. After getting dressed I put my hair up in a messy bun, applied light makeup, grabbed my beach bag, and headed downstairs. Finally, I made some tea with milk and sugar and sat next to my mom in the living room (Yes, I still drink tea during the summer.. don't judge me).
"Goodmorning mom."
"Goodmorning sweetie, you look nice", she replied with a smile.
"Thanks"
"So what time do you have to be at work?"
"My shift is 8 to 3"
"I'm so proud of my baby! She starts her very first job today! I have to take a picture", she said while nudging me in the shoulder.
"Mooom I'm 15!"
"But you're still my baby! Now shut up and smile." She started to take a million pictures as always.
"Mom, I have to go or I'll be late."
"Okay, one last one! I can't wait to show you off on Facebook!"
"Mom that's soo embarrassing!"
"Love you" she laughed while embracing me into a hug.
"I love you too"
"Be safe"
"I will, love you bye!" I grabbed my keys and my bag then headed towards the door before she could say anything else or ask for more pictures. Finally, I turned on my gps and began driving to the water park!
