Cheater Kaneki Ken x Reader (Tokyo Ghoul)

     You have been dating Kaneki for about a year now, and you had a pretty good relationship with him. Right now you were sitting on his lap, in the appartment you shared watching a movie. Suddenly his phone started to ring. He said this into the phone,  "Hey! Oh I completely forgot. I know, I'm sorry. Ok, be there in a few. Bye!" With that he hung up. "Who was that?", you asked him, "U-um" He hesitated. "I-it was just a friend that I was supposed to meet up with, but I forgot about it. I have to go. Bye." " Ok, bye", you said as he walked out the door.
     Kaneki kept on getting calls from his "friend", and was never home anymore. You started to get lonely. You kept on asking him to stay with you but all he did was give you a glare and a stern no. After about two months or so, You heard Kaneki say from another room, "Y/N, I'm going out." You couldn't take it anymore. You snapped. "Damnit, Kaneki! Why do you never have time for me anymore!?", you said coldly. "Geez Y/N, calm down. I'll come back tonight. My friend is waiting for me. I have to go." Before he got out the door, you grabbed his wrist and pulled him back in. "You're getting way too close to this little 'friend' of yours! Tell me Kaneki, are they more important than me!?", you said. "Y/N, I don't have time for this!" He was yelling now. "You can tell your dumbass friend to wait, but-", you were cut off by him yelling, "SHUT UP Y/N!" He slammed the appartment door and stormed off. You were crying. He's never been this cold to you. It felt like needles in your heart. You sat against the door. You held your knees to your chest as you sobbed. That was when you decided to follow him. He had gotten a head start, and it took you a few minutes to find him, but you finially caught up to him. He went to a small shop in town, where he met your best friend, Touka. As you watched them, you felt heartbroken. They hugged, held hands, pecked eachother's  cheeks, and said lovey-dovey things to eachother. After the sun went down, the went to an alley-way. You felt like your heart was being ripped from your body, as you watched them have a heated make-out session. Tears ran down your face. You had no words. You left without them noticing you. You went back to the appartment and packed all your things. Before you left, you put a note on the kitchen counter for Kaneki. Then you left the appartment, not sure where to go.
     Kaneki came home that night. "Y/N, I'm home." No response. "Y/N? Y/N!?" Still nothing. Thats when he noticed the small note on the kicthen counter. He unfolded it.

Dear, Kaneki

I'm sorry I wasn't good enough.

'What have I done?', he thought to himself. He knew right then that you saw him with Touka. You blocked his phone number, so he had no way to communicate with you. He knew he wasn't getting you back, and cried himself to sleep.

A week later...

     You went to stay with your friend. You still missed Kaneki, but you were gradually getting over him, with your friend's help. But seeing him in public that day didn't help at all.
     You decided to take a walk. You went to a few shops and got something to eat. It started to get dark. As you were heading back, a certain someone noticed you. "Y/N!", he called. "Kaneki!? What do you want?", you replied coldly. "Y/N I'm so sorry. I love you so much. And me and Touka... It wasn't what it looked like. We just-" He was cut off by you saying, "Save it! I'm through with both of you." You walked past him, leaving him in tears, and didn't look back.
