"How are the children Tyler?" asks Dr. Reigal.
"I don't know I haven't heard from them all day, but I bet they're fine" replies Tyler Stray. They sit and talk to each other until the passcode door opens and a very unhappy looking red head is storms into the room. Tyler and Dr. Reigal get up from there seats to walk to the seething girl.
"What's wrong?" asks Tyler. She takes in a sharp breath and replies,
"Two guys from Germany or something came to my safe house and tried to kill me. And then I called you, but no one answered. Why didn't you answer."
"We didn't get a call from anyone. Are you okay. You aren't hurt are you" Dr. Reigal asked. She shook her head signifying that she was okay. Tyler walked to the phone and picked it up. He scowled and slammed it down.
"I forgot to tell you. The line has been shut down for the day, so we can add more lines" Tyler says. The door opens again to reveal a short blond and a taller raven haired girl. They walk in not looking at eachother.
"Gramps, I called you like four times no one answered" says the girl.
"I think we have more problems than just your crappy cell service. I think my arm is dislocated" says the boy.
"Come here Ian. I'll take a look at your arm." Ian walks to Dr. Reigal who begins to examine the boys arm.
"It seems your arm was merely twisted in the wrong direction." The older man lied. The blonde haired boy scowled at him in disbelief, but that went away as soon as the doctor twisted his arm back into place. The blonde bit his tongue but still hissed in pain. "I'll wrap it for tonight and you should be better in the morning." Dr. Reigal says wrapping Ian's arm in gauze.
"It's kind of late do you guys want dinner?" Tyler asks. All three grimace slightly, and Samantha is the first to speak up.
"It depends" she says.
"What are we having" Hallie finishes. Tyler and Dr. Reigal laugh at the three kids expressions.
"Because you all have had a hectic night, I think it won't bother you to have some food from the diner up the road. But after tonight you have no more free passes" Tyler says sternly. All three rejoiced in in relief.
The five leave the headquarters and get in Dr. Reigal's car. Ian and begin fighting, each saying they don't want to sit next to eachother. Hallie is forced to sit between them. After they get their food they go back to headquarters and eat. The two adults asks the children how their day at school has been and only aggrivated huffs.
"Not good then" Tyler says to himself.
"Aggrivating little pests" Laire says scolwing and eating a french fry. After they finish eating they go to their bunkroom and fall asleep after talking about random stuff, including an in deoth conversation about skin disease.
