shortly after ingrid went pee,
the boys whining every second of awkwardly standing there,
they were on the road again.

as always,
ingrid was in the back, playing packman.
she still wasn't giving up on it,
no matter how many times she wanted to throw it out the window
and see the remains cry with mercy-

literally right.after she thought that,
she beat the level.

she had finally beat her game..
she, Ingrid-the-great,
had finally beat the game.

so, the rational thing, would be to be to pat yourself on the back,
and move on, right?
wrong.

being classy ingrid, she more like screamed 'yes!'

also rationally, the boys had looked behind them, seeing as they were only a few seats ahead.
their discussion was based relatively negative, so her saying yes to wyatt's "you were so close to dying, dude" had made them a little 'wtf'.
chester was about to speak,
but she felt it awkward enough,
so she spoke first

"err, to my game, i mean, i wasn't listening to anything you guys were saying, gosh no.. plus i probably don't want to know, since, you all are just, ya know-" she had mumbled the rest, and the guys both sighed, not even feeling up to questioning her motives, let alone what the crazy was thinking.

"ahem! attention you brats- i mean people..- this, is where the bus-line stops. so if you'd all so kindly get off, I'd be more than glad to go back and stuff my face with donuts and go yell at my husband because i have nothing else better to do." ok, so the last part wasn't exactly what she had said,
butthats what ingrid had imagined her life to be.

the bus driver glared at ingrid,
and she blushed,
figuring she had said it aloud.

she stood up anywho,
and was on her way to the door.

now, normally, you'd go out in an orderly fashion- wrong.

the students basically screamed like banshees and trampled the butchy driver.

so much for calm ingrid thought.

"now, you guys have to line up out side, and wait for instructions for your driving arrangements and other stuff." she yelled over the others

chester groaned, not even wanting to get up like the others.
but as soon as ingrid got up, he shot up with her.

he had been day-dreaming about her after the little incident,
and had been glad to be thinking of other things,
such as his sister.

"hey, chester?" ingrid asked quietly, not wanting to startle him

"yeah?" he answered, not completely out of it.

"are you...ok?" she said hesitantly, resting her hand gently on his,
her eyelashes resting near her eyebrow.

"huh? oh, yeah, ha.. I'm just.. tired" he sighed out, looking down.

she smiled gently, repeating like a strange coax.

"you'll be alright" and she hopped of the bus, leaving chester closing his eyes and smiling, happily.
