I woke up, and my vision was really blurry. My eyes soon adjusted to the bright white room. I felt a sharp pain in my forearm. I looked at it to see that there was a large line of stitches going down it. I looked around to try to make sense of where I was, it appeared to be a hospital of sorts. I realized I was wearing a hospital gown and wondered what happened prior to this. I couldn't remember. I couldn't remember anything, all my memories before I woke up, gone. I got up and wondered the room, there were bloody medical supplies on a tray next to the table I woke up on. Were they operating on me? I left the room and saw that my room was in a large hallway. There nobody in sight, but supplies such as stretchers and I.V. stands were scattered everywhere. Blood was on the floor and the walls. I walked to the end of the hallway, but it was locked. So I tried the other end of the hall. It lead to a cafeteria. I realized I was hungry and decided to see if anyone was there. It was completely devoid of anybody. I went into the back to check for food. There was a bag of chips. I quickly opened the bag and devoured it's contents. Then I heard a chair scoot across the tiled floor up front. I grabbed a frying pan and slowly walked towards the noise. There was nothing there. I looked at the chair, confused. And just then I saw a small figure, probably an animal, darted across the room. I nearly jumped out of my skin, but I shook it off and walked towards the hallway. As I walked down the corridor, the ground let out below me.
