Chloe Cortez as Rae
"Rae!" I hear one of my best friends, Alexis, yell down the hall as she raced up to me out of breath. I love her and all but sometimes I wanna grab her by her shoulders and yell, " Be quite!"
She literally yells over everything, but of course I won't she's like a sister to me.
"you will never guess what just happened to me?" Alexis say as she finally reached me.
"What? Somebody said you look like Selena Gomez again?"
"Girl I wish, but no something even better!", she said rolling hers eyes so far up I thought they would get stuck.
"Tell me then, I'm not getting younger anytime soon." I tell her as I continue to get stuff out of my locker and tap my foot at the same time.
"Sometime you remind me of my grandma, but anyhoo Jaskson just asked me out!!" She yells hardly containing her joy.
"What?" I say as I freeze.
"Jackson.just.asked.me.out." She say like I'm in kindergarten or something.I get that part but Jackson, out of all the guys in the school Jackson had to be the one to ask her out. Jackson was like the devil to me, he was pure evil and I have no idea why he hates me so.
"Omg, Alexis that's great. When is it?" I tell her as I swallow down the words that was trying to force there way out.
"Its on Friday after his football game".
As she say this the warning bell sound and people start to rush to class bumping us in the process.
"I'll catch you after class Alexis", I tell her as I start to walk backwards towards my class " then you can tell me more"
Alexis nods her head and Sprint away as the music start to play to tell us we have 2 minutes to get to class. I move slowly with my eyes locked on the ground as I reach my classroom door. I take my seat in the back corner next to the Windows and put my earphones in to drown out the chatter. I place my head on the desk and almost drift off until the door slamming brought me back. I look up annoyed until I see what caused the disruption.
