1. Bring all the shoes you need!!!!!!
a.if youre en pointe, bring needle and thread & toe tape!!!! You never know what could happen.
b. Bring bandaids if you have new shoes. Blisters. Agh.2. BRING WARMUPS I SWEAR
A.I have a pair of slipper socks I bring, and my leggings and my studio hoodie, and I would die without them
B. Also, therabands, foam rollers,and tennis balls are helpful when warming up.3. BRING FOOD &WATER!!!!!!!!!!!
a. Good, protein filled , healthy food. Fruit, Granola bars (Luna bars are greaT)
B. Bring at least two water bottles!!!!4. Be prepared! !!
A. IF YOU HAVE PRETTY MUCH HEALED INJURIES, WEAR THE FUCKING BRACE, NO MATTER WHat!!!
B. bring an ace bandage, and old braces. (I bring 5 types of knee braces im so extra.)
C. Have things like tiger balm(♡) , icy hot,and biofreeze. Also, some ibuprofen or acetometophen. (if I spelled that right im rioting) ALSO INSTANT ICE PACKS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND.K I HOPE THIS HELPED , IF YOU HAVE OTHER THINGS PUT THEM IN THE COMMENTS!!!!
