"Aren't you going after Jimin?"

"No."

SIX MONTHS LATER

Namjoon sighed as he stared at the ticket in his hand. He internally groaned at the thought of seeing Yoongi's face after he told him the news, but honestly? It wasn't like they were going to be together forever. Eventually they'd go their seperate ways.

And that day is today.

Namjoon ran a hand through his freshly dyed hair as he found purchase and tugged on his hair a little. He procasinated long enough, and he had to get the courage to tell Yoongi what will happen. Hopefully their friendship is strong enough so he wouldn't flip out.

"Hey Yoongi! We've been friends since forever go, so maybe is the time we should spit...?" Namjoon tested out his speech and groaned, "He'd laugh at me if I said that..."

"Heeeey, Yoons master, maybe I should diddly-dong-leave before you diddly-dong-become crazy." Namjoon stood silently before bursting into laughter at what he just said. He wiped a tear from his eye and shook his head.

Suddenly Yoongi walked in and watched the male fall over and laugh at what he said earlier. Yoongi rose a brow and rolled his eyes, "He is the weirdest..." He said indistinctly. He set his bag which contained his laptop on the floor before plopping down and nestling down onto the couch.

"You brought your purse!" Namjoon perked up and grinned as he saw Yoongi's expression.

"It's a bag, dimwit."

"Sorry.Man purse."

"It's not you, it's me."

Yoongi stared at him before chuckling, "We aren't dating, imbecile." He snickered once more before shaking his head and watching as Namjoon practically fumed. Namjoon has never been one to typically seethe with anger, but he was beyond flustered at the other's comment.

"That's not what I meant and you know it!" The younger groaned in annoyance as he was chagrinned when the other took the took his little departure speech for the romantic sense.

"I'm leaving." Namjoon finally sputtered out leaving the other in a state of bewilderment. The only noise in the house at the current moment was Namjoon's heavy breathing. Yoongi was still stunned as he swallowed.

Yoongi swayed for a moment as he stared down at the ground. The only thing in his peripheral sight were his worn out shoes, but the only thing in his mind was how Namjoon was saying he was abandoning him.

Namjoon looked at him worriedly as Yoongi was silent. He was about to step forward and console him but he was stricken with surprise as he saw Yoongi lift his tear stained face. Clear droplets of water slowly cascaded his milkly white cheeks, Namjoon's breath hitched at the scene as he turned away.

"It's not you, it's me. I just don't want to be here anymore."

That was the last of Namjoon Yoongi thought he'd ever see.
