(Mary's POV)

I was shaken awake, someone repeating over and over. "Mary, wake up."

I groaned and sat up, seeing Soph in front of me. I remembered everything that happened a few hours ago. My back hurt and I felt like a complete mess. I ran a hand through my tangled hair.

"We are going to pack up everything and eat, and then we'll come back. You good here.?" Ricky said.

"Huh? Oh...yeah. Can you bring us food back, too? Are we taking a van to the airport?"

"Yep, i rented one and reschedule our flight last night. We're lucky we could get them all moved." Ricky said as he checked his phone. Soph went with him, and Ava stayed with me.

"Thank you for staying with me." I smiled weakly at her. Her hair was pulled back and she groaned.

"Sure thing. We need to shower when we get there." She scratched her head.

"Yeah we probably smell like shit, dude." I laughed, feeling somewhat of an ease on my stressed my mind. I hope he's doing good.

"Mary?" A doctor called out. I raised my hand.

"Yes?" I asked nervously as I adjusted the sleeves on the hoodie, pulling them over my hands.

"Justin is fine. He's getting his stuff right now. You should be able to leave with him in about an hour and a half, ok?" She sounded so professional, and I wanted to gag.

But I held it in and nodded. She walked off and went to sit by Ava in the waiting room. There were only two other people in here with us. Across from me, was a guy running a hand through his hair, shaking his leg. He probably had a pregnant wife or something. Another lady was crying and I looked away, unsure of what to do. I'm sure that's what we all looked last night, especially me. I lifted a hand to my eye, and felt the sunken in bags under my eyes.

I walked up to the recptionist lady. "Am allowed to see him? Justin Castillo?" It was so weird calling him by his birth name. I kinda liked it, though, I dunno.

"Uh, yes you can." She was extremely sassy and I ignored it.

I lightly knocked on his door. "Come in." I heard him croak.

"Hey, handsome. How you feeling?" He looked exhausted, but his cuts were healing. He should be good for today. People will ask, but it won't phase him, hopefully.

"I'm good. How are you? You look exhausted." He waved me to him with his good arm and I walked over.

"I am. But it's ok, really. It's not like my arm's broken or anything." I laughed nervously, touching his cast. He just chuckled, putting his hands at the small of my back.

"Everyone will be back soon. We are leaving right after this. Are you good?" I lifted his face to mine and he nodded.

"I'm fine. I promise." He his both of his big hands around my tiny ones. I was hesitant.

A knock was on the door and the doctor entered. Jc and I separated when we realized how close we were.

"You've been cleared. You're looking healthy and you just need to come back in a few weeks to check up." She nodded and walked out.

Jc picked me up with his right arm and spun me around. I held to his neck tightly and wrapped my legs around his waist. He stopped and managed to hold me up on his waist with one arm.

"I love you." He whispered in my ear.

"I love you too." I smiled into his neck.

"Am I interrupting anything?" Ava giggled from the doorway.
