Buzz Buzzz I rolled over to the other side of the bed and turned my pink alarm clock off. Yawn I have school this morning and I'm so not ready. Not because I have school, but because I'm planning to run away today. I know, I know I heard the same talk before about running away. Trust me, my parents already had that long conversation with me about it. I just can't help but go though. I want adventure in my life, something...more.

I grab my black stockings and put them on while loving how soft they felt when I slid them across my smooth pale skin. I then reach in my drawer and put on a pair of stylish denim shorts over my stockings. Next, I pick up a plain white shirt and neatly put it on. To finish my outfit, I grab my denim half-coat and wear it as a finishing touch. 'Perfect', I think to myself as I grab the suitcase I packed last night, full of clothes and quietly but quickly sneak downstairs.

While walking downstairs I hear my father speaking.

"She can't do that! She doesn't even know about it!... Yes, I understand, but... Fine have it your way but if she gets hurt... Okay, whatever you say.... MmmHm.... Bye"

As soon as I hear the phone click, I quickly step outside before anyone could notice me. 'What was that about'. I walk down a few blocks while thinking about the conversation. 'Did it have something to do with mom?'

I walk down a few more blocks thinking about what that conversation was about when suddenly....

"Hey, watch it! Can't you walk?"

I look up to see who it was, and sadly enough it was Natsu. He is a jerk at school and sexually harasses girls he thinks are pretty. He is popular, and hangs out with the popular guys most of the time. Those include, Gray, Jallel, and Gajeel. I hate them all.

I ignore him and keep walking. I only take a step, when suddenly he grabs my wrist and pulls me towards him.

"I hate it when people ignore me", he angrily shouts, "do you think your better than me or something!?!"

I try to pull my wrist out of his grip, but it won't budge. Scarcely I yelp, "Let go of me, Natsu."

He pulls me closer to him wrapping both hands around my waist. He gives me a sly grin and says, "Or else what?"

"Please... Natsu.... Let..... Go.....", I manage to muster, but then everything suddenly goes dark.

Natsu P.O.V.
"The hell is with her".

I couldn't help but notice how peaceful she looked. I swooped her up bridal style and ran her to the nearest hospital in town.

"Help!!! Somebody help me!!!", I yell for help as I enter the hospital.

"What happened?", one of the nurses ask while laying her down onto a bed cart.

"I don't know, she just.... passed out."

"We'll get her checked out. It'll take awhile so you can go and then come back later if you want."

"Thanks for the offer, but I'll stay here and wait for her to get better."

"Okay, then I'll come back with results soon."

I tell him thank you and then he left right after that. Time went slower for some reason. A minute felt like five minutes. I couldn't help but think two things, 'Why is time going slower' and 'Why am I acting as if I care for her so much'. An hour passed by when the nurse came back out with a blue folder in his right hand. He walked up to me, stood still for a moment to inhale, and finally begun to speak.

"Sir, Lucy Heartfillia appears to be..."

Is Lucy okay? Is she hurt? Why did Lucy pass out? Find out in the next chapter.
