Crap.

"Who told you?" I asked.
"Delphi herself." Jacob replied. My eyes widened, Delphi only assured that I knew; at least that's what wrote me told me, along with her secret, in a letter stuffed into my locker (yea she knows my combination).
"Did she tell you anything else?" I asked, he shook his head. I knew he was lying. But from Jacob, I can't be sure of anything. It was finally our turn in line.
"What can I get you today?" the cashier asked. I held his arm, looking at him and whispering,
"You don't have to pay."
"I want to."
He ordered, and payed. I was still latching on to his arm. The cashier gave an eyebrow raise to me, as if he thought me and Jacob were dating. I quickly released my hands. He smiled, I did back...well that was awkward. We got our order and walked out.
"It's 9:57. I don't think we'll make in time before Mrs. Sandberg arrives." I panicked.
"Calm down." Jacob giggled.
"We will make it." he assured...I care about my education, and I wanna go to University. All of that might ruined because I went to Tim Hortons with Jacob. He started driving back.
Once we got there, no one was outside, Mrs. Alefo's class should be out here, he was teaching how to garden to the Grade 9 option students.
Then Jacob walked in the school.
"Don't you think you should call Darren and where they would've went?" I suggested. Darren was one of Jacob's many soccer teammates.
"Good idea!" Jacob nodded. He got out his phone, and dialed a number.
"Hello?" Darren answered (Jacob had his phone call on speaker).
"Hey Darren! Where's everything?" Jacob asked.
"In the gym. We are meeting the new transfer student." Darren replied.
"K thanks. Bye" Jacob said
"Bye".
Transfer student? No one informed me about this.
