"GET DOWN HERE NOW"
Those words still are heard throughout his thoughts. They come and go, never stopping. He had the chance to change and he threw it all away.
"What is your problem, why can't you do anything right!" *SMACK*
"What do you mean Mom! I'm doing everything right. I mean , come on, look at my grades, pay attention to me, WHY DON'T YOU LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE!"
*SMACK*
I ran out of the house as fast as I could. I sped past the corner and ran to my hideout, which was located in a tree, in the forest. I crawled in side and waiting for me there was Michael. He saw the tears streaming down my face. He saw my puffy red eyes. He saw how tired I was. He soon held me in his arms. I knew I was safe. He loved me and I did too. I soon fell asleep and the hours passed. Michael wasn't there anymore. I crawled out of the tree to see him smoking his pack of Camels. His favorites. He looked back at me and shook the little box asking if I wanted one. I had never smoked in my life. I took one anyways and he handed me the lighter. He knew this was my first time so he showed me how it was done. light it, put in your mouth, breath in but not down to your lungs, and breath out. it was quite simple really. We continued like this for what seem like an entirety. The sun soon set and the moon came out. We stopped and he pulled me close and into the tree. He layed there with each others warmth and didn't say a word. Michael soon feel asleep holding me and soon did I as well listening to the sounds of his heart beat. This is my first story I've ever written so this might suck ass, but whatever.
