-trigger warning of a panic attack, if you want a summary of this chapter I will gladly send you one-
Sean soon pulled away from the warm hug smiling widely at the red haired Mark. His hair softly brushing against his face from the crisp wind, face warm and beaming with a smile of his own.
The soft purr of an engine and tires against a rocky road broke both of their trains of thoughts. Sean was the first one to notice that it was his mother.
"looks like we should head back inside," Sean says glancing back to the red haired male, the male nodded getting up. He offered Sean his hand, Sean cautiously took it, saying a small, thank you, before brushing the dirt of his clothes.
Mark smiled and watched as Sean brushed his clothes off. "C'mon," Mark says smiling even more widely at his dear friend. Sean nodded, following mark inside.
The warm inside air brushed against them both, making their bodies tingle and spread with warmth. Sean liked that feeling, a lot.
"What should we do?" Mark asked, tapping his fingers against the long railing by the stairs, turning his head slightly to get a better picture of Sean. Unkempt green hair, warm red cheeks looking up to Mark's slightly tanner ones.
"I-i am not sure," Sean replies, not exactly knowing why he stuttered, he's completely calm. He takes another step upwards to be a small bit closer to the warmth of Mark's body.
Mark doesn't say anything, keeping his eyes glued onto Sean's. Sean face was more than beautiful to Mark, his sharp but soft features tore him apart, his stumache filled with butterflies of excitement whenever Sean touched him and he couldn't help but take him all in.
"Mark," Sean waves a hand infront of his eyes, "are you okay?" he asks, putting his other hand onto Mark's muscular shoulder, to keep him from falling.
Mark watches Sean, his ears ringing, sweat was brought to his hands. He leaned towards Sean unable to think before he knew what he was doing.
Sean panics, and hears his mother open the door, he gently pushes Mark away, and backs up a bit.
Mark felt the mood immediately drop, his hands balled into fists, and he watched Sean, the fear in his eyes was so noticeable, he swallowed thickly running upstairs and going to the bathroom. His breath got cought in his throat, and it was so uneven and choppy, he moved his hands to go around himself.
Sean heard the jingle of his mom's keys and looked down in that direction before running up after Mark. "M-Mark," Sean asks noticing the bathroom door closed. He knocked on it, hoping for a reply.
Mark didn't reply, he couldn't, the air and all motivation from inside himself has gone away. The warm tears began to slip down his face.
Sean felt desperate, he wanted to help Mark, the only person who has been there for him in a long time. He jiggled the handle, Mark had forgetton to lock it. What Sean saw made him choke up, the tears threatened to run down his face.
Mark lye there arms tucked around his body, warm wet tears falling down his face, he let a soft sob escape his lips.
"N-no," Sean dropped to his knees pulling Mark into his arms. He shut the door, making a soft noise. He rocked Mark back and forth in his arms, telling him that he is okay and that everything will be fine. It was now clear to him that Mark was having a panic attack.
Mark felt safe wrapped up in Sean's arms, it felt as if nothing would, or could get to him like this. He closed his eyes, breathing sort of calming down to an okay rate. "Tha-anks," He stuttered out, voice breaking among the silence of the room.
Sean pulled Mark closer, almost enough to be sitting right on top of him, he moved a hand into Mark's hair and gave him a kiss on his head. "No n-need to thank me, I, I will always be here for you."
Mark smiled, a very genuine smile, and sunk into Sean more. Everything is okay for now. Everything will be okay as long as Sean's here for him.
Soon enough Mark was able to talk, stand, and think right. Sean slowly helped him up, this made Mark realize how much of a steal he got with this great great friend.
"I still can not thank you enough, Jack."
Sean lets out a soft chuckle, "It is really, really no problem."
Mark tilts his head and folds his muscular arms infront of his body, giving a teasing look to Sean. "Well, it was a problem you just do not mind me being one." Mark says out, poking Sean in the face.
Sean laughs lightly grabbing Mark's wrist, "bite me."
They soon stopped their silly little "fight," and went back into Sean's room to get all of Mark's stuff ready to go home. Sean thanks Mark for coming over and Mark says it's no problem. The two really enjoy the company of one another.
