  We made it to class right before the bell rang. Luckily we found a table where all four of us could sit together. I sat at the corner of the table there was a seat open next to mine. I was wondering who would sit next to me. Both Derek and Dave saw that seat next to me and they both tried to get there first. I wasn't sure who I wanted to sit next to me. Dave was the first one to reach the seat. At that moment Mr. Fullermen came in.

 " Good Morning students I hope you guys like your seats because they are your permanent."

" Good morning"  everyone answered.

Dave seemed so happy . Derek on the other hand seemed mad.

I noticed and asked him, " Are you ok Derek you seem strange?

" Yeah I'm ok!" He tried faking a smile. The rest of them bought it but I didn't. I knew him too well to fall for it. I tried to figure it out, but I couldn't so I just paid attention to the lecture.

Mr. Fullermen announced " You will a project due in two weeks," everyone groaned, " You may be allowed to work with a partner though it will have to be of the opposite sex. Class dismissed!"

Suddenly I felt someone poke my bear skin that was showing from my crop top. I felt a bolt of electricity run through mi. I turned around and saw Dave with a  mischievous grin on his face.

He leaned in very close. My heart beat started increasing. " Sammy would you be my science partner."

" Uhm let me think about it!" I answered with a mischievous grin. " I'll give you my answer after school."

" Come on don't be mean." he yelled as I ran away and was headed to my next class.I had World History with all my friends.

I was hoping he wouldn't catch up to me. Suddenly I felt someone grab me from behind. I turned around and realized Dave had picked me up and thrown me over his shoulder. Luckily I had worn pants today.

I banged on his shoulder and yelled through giggles, " Put me down Dave. My brother will get pissed if you don't. Don't you remember what he said this morning?"

" Not unless you accept my proposal to be your science partner."

" Ok Ok. Dave congratulations you ca be my science partner if we can choose partners . Happy now!"

" Yes!"

" No. Asking for you to be my science partner was only an excuse."

" An excuse for what?"

" To carry you!"

" How naughty?"

" Yes thank you!"

" You know I would have said yes, right? I was only joking around with you."

" Ok! Ok time for class!" We had already arrived to class.

In my time with Dave I hadn't realized that Derek was right behind us. He seems sad. I better do something to turn his frown upside down. Now what could I do?

Great I have it!!!!!!!

But it will have to wait until I had my date with Dave later today. Maybe I can take up his offer and go to the theater tomorrow. I just don't want to see my friend sad.
