"The Council of Demons. How am I going to find them?" Bill muttered as he walked in the desert. He had been running for hours, hoping he would fine something that would give him the answer, but there was nothing for miles. He was sure of that. "Um, Axolotl! I could really use your help right about now! You never gave me any directions!" He shouted to the sky, hoping Axolotl would here him and help.

"Um, sir! Can you help me with some directions!" He yelled and ran to a figure he spotted in the distance.

"Sure, but I'm not a man." The person said. She took off the hood to her black cloak, which was weird because it was like one hundred degrees! She had fair skin with cherry red lips. Her eyes were were green and her hair short, straight was black. She looked about eighteen.

"Oh, sorry. I couldn't see from far away, miss?" Bill asked he name

"Oh, my names Rain Sapphire and you are?" Rain asked.

"I'm Bill Cipher. So, can you help me out?" Bill introduced himself.

"Where do you need to go, Cipher?" She asked.

"I need to find the Council of Demons. Do you know where it is?" Bill asked.

"Of course. I'll show you the way. So, you have two suitcases and are heading to see the council, any reason why?"

"I ran away. Axolotl told me to. He said I am destine to save the world. What about you? What are you doing out here?"

"Well, when I was a child I was gifted with powers, I was treated like an outcast. I had these dreams that when I turned eighteen, I would meet a powerful hero and join him on a quest. I turned eighteen today." She explained.

"What kind of powers?" He asked curiously.

"Powers of the water. I control water with my mind and fight with my trusty marble sword." Her arm came out of her cloak holding a green/blue marble sword. It didn't look like an average sword.

"Wow, that's cool. Hey, maybe I'm that hero? I am on a quest and I have powers." Bill suggested.

"Maybe. What kind of powers?" Rain asked.

"Right now I can control this weird blue fire thing." He said.

Rain stopped in her tracks and looked into his eyes and squinted. "Unusual eyes, fire power? Wait! Your a dream demon! You have the power of the mind! I've read about this! Axolotl blesses a demon every eight century's, making them dream demons! They are incredibly rare and extremely powerful. Axolotl sometimes blesses kids, like me, with powers, but not the same kind you have."

"You really think my eyes are unusual." Bill looked at his shoes and blushed in embarrassment. He was always teased as a kid for his eyes. No one liked them. From his peers to his own father.

"No in that way, Cipher. I think they look awesome." Rain smiled. "Come on, we're almost there." She started to walk.

Bill blushed at her saying his eyes were awesome. He continued to walk with her.
