Do you ever just feel like there is so much hope for something, but you don't want to believe it to be possible? You're too afraid to ruin the chance, so you don't take it at all. Because you would rather live in the hope, rather than the reality. Because either it will be too good to be true, or you are let down. So why do we hope? Because we are all in a constant belief that there is something better. That something else can happen to make things better. Does your mind ever wander so far, to the point where you wonder, that if something were to happen to you, and you either died or became deaf or lost eyesight, if you made a difference? In anything? Or anyone? The shot starts to spiral as your life flashes before your eyes just for a brief second. You usually end up with some regrets. Like not helping that one kid stand up to a bully. Or not taking so and so to prom. Or never telling the one you want to be with about how much you truly care about them. All of those things, are things that you can do. Right now. Anytime, or anywhere. We don't have to live in that regret because fortunately nothing has impaired our sight and hearing, and if you're reading this than you're still alive. So why don't we do anything about these situations? Because we're afraid. But you know what? Hope is greater than fear. Because in the end peace will win, and fear will lose. And in the morning we rise again and try. But you can't always bank on the tomorrows. Because they are not guaranteed, and we take that for granted. So live how you want to, and deal with those situations. Hope something will be said or happen? You do it. Say the words because you can, and it means something to you. Reach your dreams and aspirations because our time on this earth is limited. As cliche as it is. It is the truth. So be filled with hope, and don't think it to be false. Let it become true. By whatever means. Hope is powerful. And I'm the end of the day. Just remember. Peace will win. And fear will lose. And we will try again.
