chapter 4~ fights

I fidget with my fingers as i wait for meggie and alex. i hear footsteps coming down as meg's Delicious sent evaded my nose. forest and rain. i look up happy that we could go, but my smile is gone as i see my mate walking down. she has her fist clench and her eyes turning a dark shade of blue. she storms past us and outside. my wolf whimpers. she hates seeing her mad. i walk outside and follow her sent. 

i go into the woods and see her punching a tree. her body is tense as she punches the tree. i can see sweat starting to form. i look her up and down. she looked so hot. i stand back waiting for her to finish. i know she knows i'm here and i should stop her, but i'm afraid she'll hurt me. after a minute or so she stops and turns around. i freeze as her glare is on me. it softens as she walks towards me. i stay frozen. she stops in front of me and puts her hand on my cheek. i flinch. hurt crosses her eyes and i feel guilty pound in my chest. " sorry." she mutters and puts her hand down.

" your fine. are you alright." i ask, putting my hands on her clenched ones. i slip my hands threw hers. she shook her head. " you don't want to know."  i looked into her eyes. " come on baby. i want to know what's got you mad. i wont get mad, i promise." she chuckled. " i'm not worried about that. i'm worried that you'll run away." i looked at her confused. " why would i run away." her breath hitched. 

?" they like to abuse the runt of the family." my body tense. meg grabs me into a hug. " it's alright. i'm not gonna lets them take you. i know how you hate that stuff and i know this  is asking a lot, but were gonna have go back in." i shook my head no. " no, please no. i dont want to go in." i whimpered. her arms tightened around me. " i know you dont. i wont let them hurt you. ari. i dont want you to be uncomfortable, but you have to do this. and as soon as we can, were out of there. alright. you need to do this. for the pack. for me." she muttered the last part in my hair. 

i looked up at her with tear filled eyes. " promise me you wont let go." she nodded. " i promise i wont let go, ever." she kissed my forehead and whipped my tears away. " now, let's go inside." we walked back with meg's arms around my shoulder protectively. we walked in to see the alpha and his son. the alpha looked worried for some reason. " what's wrong." meg asked. i didnt listen to them. " rain. go get a blanket. alex needs one." i look at her in curiosity. she looks at me and smiles. " it'll be clear later." she kisses my forehead as rain came to her with a blanket. meg told her to watch me as she walks upstairs. 

it was silent for a few minutes before she came back down. she walked over to me and took me into a hug. " you alright." i smiled at her and nodded. " good." she kisses my cheek and looks at rain. " go outside and get a ready. tell them to get here as fast as they can or else." she threatened the last part with a growl. rain nodded and left. i looked at her and all she does is smile at me. she looks at the alpha and his son with a glare. we heard footsteps and looked to see alex caring a frightened girl wrapped around a blanket. 

my body froze and meg held me tighter. " ssshh. everything is going to be okay." she rubbed my arms in comfort. i buried my head into her shoulder. " well be going." alex announced but stopped as a voice rang out.

" you ain't going anywhere." i peeked to see it was the alpha's son. alex glared at him.

" she's my mate, i can do whatever i want." he snarled. 

" you ain't taking her. who else am i suppose to play with." i froze, so did the other two. i didnt listen to the rest as i shook with angry. so did the other two. i charged at him in my wolf form and everything else was a blur.
