His Princess

||Chapter 9|| A Familiar Encounter

Tyler P.O.V

"Princess, time to wake up..." I whisper in Abigail's ear. She has been asleep for two hours and it's time for her to wake up.

"I don wanna dada..." She says in her small voice.

"But you must if you want to go to the aquarium on time and do all the stuff you wanted to do last night." She stirred a bit and covered herself back up. I'm just going to face it. She was NOT going to budge anytime soon. I sighed and sat down on her bed. "I'll make you a deal sweet pea." She uncovered her face a little to show her gorgeous blue eyes.

"What is the deal dada?"

"If you get up, before we go to the aquarium we will go to Wendy's and you can order off of the big girl menu and get extra fries if you want to." She sat up.

"Really?!" I nodded and she got up excitedly. I scooped her up bridal style and smiled at her.

"Yep! Now do you want to dress like a big girl or do you want to dress little?" I asked her. She thought about it and then she answered me. 

"Wittle!" I nodded and got out a pastel pink skirt with suspender straps and a white blouse.

I told her to pick out some jewelry that she could wear and she went to her drawer in her desk and picked out a unicorn bracelet and the golden heart locket that I got her when I left her alone for 4 days on a business trip. I got her white Mary Janes and some white socks with lace on them. When I went into the bathroom, Jackie was already in the bathroom waiting for me. Gosh she was such a good girl. I put her clothes down on the sink counter and started up the bath before getting her undressed. Before she got in I put in her strawberry bath bomb and some bubbles. She giggled and I washed her body and made sure to be super gentle around her kitty because it was very sensitive and she didn't really like being washed there. After I rinsed her off, picking her up and making sure to dry everything off.

"So princess, what do you want your hairstyle to be today?" I asked her as I set her down and put her in her pastel blue bra and matching underwear. She thought about it very hard and then she smiled.

"Daddy can choose if he wants." I smile as I put the detangling cream in her curly brownish blonde hair. Her hair wasn't tangled, it just made it easier to detangle and it hurts her less. I decided that she was going to have pigtails in the back of her head. I grabbed the rainbow hair ties and I made two big pigtails in the back of her head and I went into the cabinet and got her a pastel colored flower headband and put it on her head. I finished up her outfit by putting on her thigh high socks on her and helped her buckle her Mary Janes up. She giggled and clapped.

"All done!!" I shook my head and grabbed the locket and bracelet.

"Just a bit longer okay sweet pea?" She giggled and nodded. I fixed the necklace and put it on around her neck and put her bracelet on her. She then got up and went onto our bed and got her white bear.

"Whatcha doing with Sunset sweetie?" She looked at me.

"Can Sunset come with us??" I nodded and she hugged me.

"I love you daddy."

"I love you too sweetie."

Abigail P.O.V.

When Daddy was ready, he took me in the kitchen and placed me down in the seat that was at the table. He then started to put all different snacks in different plastic sandwich bags. I leaned forward with my hands on my cheeks.

"Daddy what are you doing?" Without looking at me, he gave me an answer.

"Well, since we were going to be out for a while, I thought that I should probably pack some snacks for you if you get hungry." I smiled.

"Hehe, Daddy is so smart."

"Thank you, princess." He replied. After he finished that he put it in a bag and closed it up. "You got what you needed?" He picks me up and gets my pink paci that says princess on it off the table and goes on the way to Wendy's!

Tyler P.O.V.

When I buckled Abigail into her car seat, I got into the driver seat and started to go to Wendy's. On the way there we listened to The Little Mermaid soundtrack and I could hear my baby girl getting sleepy. I smile as I looked back and she was sleeping her paci slowly falling out of her mouth. Good thing I put that clip there. I slightly turned the music down and drove to Wendy's.

When we arrived in the Wendy's parking lot, I turned around and lightly shook my princess's leg. "Baby girl, it's time to wake up..." I said quietly. She stirred and rubbed her eyes her hair a little messy and her crown crooked.

"Why Daddy?"

"Well, don't you want to order off the big girls menu?" She nodded. I ended up getting out of the car and fixing her hair, taking the brush out of the bag and retying her pigtails, so then she looked and felt much better and then I put the headband back onto her head. She smiled and I unclipped her paci from her strap on her skirt and put it in the bag and she started to get fussy about it but I told her she could bring in Sunset. She said okay and I picked her up out of the car and placed her down fixing her clothes up a little bit, ignoring the strange stares I was getting by strangers. I stood up and my princess took my hand as I closed the door. "Ready?" She nodded and started to giggle a lot through her paci. As we were walking into Wendy's, there were a lot of stares and when we got to the cash register, I felt Abigail tense up. 

"Welcome to Wendy's how may I help you today?" the familiar boy said to me.

"What do you want sweetheart?" I whispered to her.

"Hmmm... can I have a spicy chicken meal with 10 chicken nuggets please with a medium pink lemonade?" I nodded and repeated her order and I squeezed her hand in reassurance and she smiled at me.

"And for you sir?"

I cleared my throat. "I would like a Baconator with Bacon Ranch fries with a large Lemonade." He looked up and my I felt my heart go into my gut. Elijah...

Elijah kept staring at Abigail with a smirk on her face as my baby girl ate her food swinging her legs. I glared at her and she moved away.

After we finished eating, we went to the car and I buckled her in and we went to drive to the Aquarium. As I pulled up to the aquarium, she got really excited and jumped up and down. 

"Are you excited to go to the aquarium?"

"Yeah!" She giggled. 

And then I unbuckled her and carried her into the aquarium.
