chapter 1

Marley's POV

I wake up and I yawn "looks like I'm going on the street again" I sigh and I get out of bed and I grab some clothes and go into the shower and once I finish I blow dry my hair and leave it in its natural waves. I get dressed and put my piercings in (at the top)

I grab my phone and my guitar and I walk downstairs and out the door, I start to walk to the normal stop and I place all my things down and I set everything up and people start to gather round and I smile "uh hi! I'm Marley, and uh I'll be singing!" I say and they all clap and I put my recording on with comes threw my speaker and I start to sing

As I sing more people gather round and people put money in my guitar case and I smile, once I finish I smile "thank you!" I say as I see how much money is in there and I hear a voice "can you sing kids in the dark?" A guy asks "I'm not that good at it but I could try" I say and he smiles

I get it up on my phone and I start the music

And I finish and the crowd screams and cheers and I smile and laugh a bit "Thank you!" I say With a smile "who are your parents kid?" A guy asks and my smile fades and I look away

"I dont have any" I say as I look back up And I see Alex gaskarth and my eyes widen and he grins at me "ok! Imma play a song that I've only just learnt so if I fuck it up, I'm sorry" I say with a giggle and I grab my acoustic guitar and I start to play

And I finish and the crowd go wild and I smile and run my hand threw my hair and I see how much money I got and my eyes widen "thank you!" I say and I pack everything up and I count the money "$500" I say in disbelief

I walk home and I run in "SAMMY!" I yell and the mom of the house comes in "hey sugar" she says "I made $500!" I say and her eyes widen and I hand it to her "oh my God! Marley baby! I'm so proud of you!" She says and hugs me and I hug back

"Can you go shopping please?" I ask "we need food" I say and she nods and I smile "I'll be back in a couple hours ok?" She asks and I nod and I call the girls down "ok, miss hunter has gone shopping to get food, wait who has Theo?" I ask and Jasmin hands him over to me

Theo is a baby that has literally just been dropped off, poor thing. I rest him on my hip "ok girls, you know the drill, we put music on and we clean, miss hunter does a lot for us, so its time for us to do stuff ok?" I say and they all nod and giggle and I smile

"Ok jazzy and beth your on theo duty" I say as I hand theo to jazzy and they nod and I turn to the rest of them "the rest of us are on cleaning duty ok?" I ask and they nod "good, now let's go we have 3 hours" I say and I turn on the music (at the top) and we start to clean

I Start to get the cleaning supplies and I put them on the floor "I'm doing the windows, you girls can do whatever" I say and I grab the shit and I climb out the window and start to clean it. As I clean I slip and fall from the window and I scream as I fall "MARLEY!" I hear jazzy scream
