Ross's POV
I saw Jaz fall to the floor. Blood spilled all over the floor. I screamed so the nurses and the doctor came in and took her away.
"Will she be okay?" I asked.
"We are not sure. She is losing a lot of blood." the doctor frowned.
"Please tell me the news." I asked.
"Of course. You are her biological dad, right?" she asked.
"I am not her biological dad. I adopted her. She was getting beaten by her dad." I explained.
"Okay." she smiled.
She ran out with all the nurses. She put Jaz on a hospital bed and rolled her away.
"My baby..." I whispered.
Riker came running in my room.
"What happened?" he asked.
"Jaz fell to the floor and hit her head on the floor and she is losing a lot of blood." I explained.
"So..." Riker said, a little frustrated.
"There is no news right now." I said.
Riker ran his fingers through his blonde hair, making it all messy.
"I feel like I did everything." I whispered.
"No, you didn't. It was Ryland and Laura..." Riker said all frustrated.
"Sure..." I whispered.
"Shit...this is all my fault...." Riker said.
"Um Mr.Lynch?" the doctor said.
"Yes?" I said.
"She is in a temporary coma. The coma could be maximum a year, minimum about four days." the doctor said.
"No........." I whispered, about to burst.
"I'm sorry Mr. Lynch..." she said.
