So I really like Coldplay's older music, and I hadn't really heard their new music so I decided to listen to it.

Parachutes and AROBTTH are their greatest albums imo. X&Y is a little awkward since it was more a transition album, but it was still good, and VLVODAAHF was good too. It seems like somewhere around Ghost Stories and Mylo Xyloto is when their style changed. By AHFOD they're like full-on pop almost? Again,

Is there even a band anymore? It doesn't even sound like they're playing their own instruments anymore; it's mostly electronic beats and vibes.
Eh that's just my opinion. Personally, I'm not a fan of their new music, but if that's the direction they wanna go in, that's their choice.
