*Louis' POV*
I felt bad about how easily fooled Harry could be. I wasn't going out to see a friend.
Although, what I was doing was a good thing for Harry. A whole lot better than meeting up with Stan.
I approached the nearest jewellery shop.
"How may I help you, Sir?" A soft female voice asked. I spun around, facing a young curly-haired brunette. She looked about the same age as me: 22.
"I was looking for...looking for... uh I can't remember."
"How about you look for a date with me?" She suggested, playfully.
For some reason, I didn't have the courage to tell her I had a boyfriend. "Sounds great."
"Well, I'm just getting off, why don't we go now?"
"Sure." I chirped.
-
The whole time we were eating, I didn't think about Harry or what I was going to buy him. I just thought about how insanely pretty Eleanor was. I know it's wrong... I'm taken but.
"So, no girlfriend then?" She spoke, lightly.
"N-no. No, I'm single."

"Louis would never cheat on you, bro!"
"Niall, how the hell? I whispered that!" I said, astonished.
"Luck of the irish." He said in a crisp irish accent.
"Ha! But seriously, what if he is cheating on me? I can always tell when he's up to something!"
"You're paranoid, mate."
Yeah, maybe I was paranoid, but maybe I'm not. I need to get to the bottom of this. I know it's something.
I'll literally go out of my head if I don't find out soon!

No more than 2 hours later, Louis strolled inside.
"Hey Har- Oh hey Niall!"
"Hey." We both greeted.
"Something up, Harry?" Louis asked, seemingly concerned.
"Uh no, nothing." I said, my voice breaking as if I was about to cry.
"Oh, I got you this, Haz!" He pulled out a little box.
We're already married, so it's not a wedding ring.
"It's a necklace?" I choked.
"Shit, I swore it was a bracelet! Let me have it!"
How can you mix up a bracelet with a necklace? Something doesn't quite add up. I looked over to Niall, who appeared to be thinking the same thing.
"Don't worry, Lou. It's the thought that counts." I kissed him on the cheek. He just smiled at me, quite embarrassed.
"Is that what you were doing this whole time?" Niall spoke up, questioning Louis.
"Yeah. Anyway, I'm gonna go to my room, see ya in a bit, lads."
Niall and I nodded at him.
"Do you think he's telling the truth?" Niall asked.
"I don't know anymore. I want to believe him. I trust him, I think."

I jumped on my bed, pulling out my phone.
To El (5:11pm):
"Hey. It's Louis :) xx"
-
From El (5:12pm):
"Hey babe! Are you free tomorrow? Xx"
To El (5:14pm):
"Someone's keen!;) I should be. xx"
From El (5:15pm):
"Great! Pick me up at 11? Xx"
I quickly replied 'okay' and set my phone down.
"I trust him, I think." I heard Harry say.
Who were they talking about? Wait, what if it's me!
"I'm pretty sure Louis-" He stopped.
I walked into the living room, "Louis what?" I prodded Niall.
"N-nothing, I've got to go now. Bye guys!"
I threw Harry a confused look and he just shrugged. "He's busy."
"Harry, are we alright?"
"Yes, of course we are, boo." He smiled widely.
