I was sleeping when I felt my mate jump and run away. I opened my eyes to find my mate shivering in the corner. I walked over and put her on my lap and held her. She tensed up. I held her until she calmed down.
" How are u?"
"Who are you? Are u gonna hurt me?"
She started crying and I got so mad and upset at her past.
"Shh it's ok... calm down... everything is alright. I'm not gonna harm u... relax... breathe."
My mate slowly started to relax and buried her head in my neck. I felt the forest get calm and peaceful. I picked my mate up and sat on the bed with her. She spoke to me
"So... why am I here if your not gonna hurt me?"
"Long story short you ran into the forest, I found u, and I brought u here. Also this may alarm you but I'm your mate."
I could feel her get excited in my arms.
"I get my very own mate!?"
"Yes and its me."
