The hall changes again with every tile and thing that was inside the hall changed into pillars and ruins that look like Greece or Rome. The walls were filled with weapons like swords and axes. Also, there were weapons like staffs and guns that were glowing with weird lights flashing on it. As Sertain picks up his sword, Stritain, that he was given and a small energy gun, Herac corners Sertain with his staff with double-bladed axes on the top and bottom of it. Sertain puts the magic scroll in his pocket and listens to what his companion has to say.

“Are you really the heir of the actual King Nightlen?” He asks

“Yes. I am the only son of the king and the one who should have been on the throne but was banished because I was next in line for the throne.” Sertain says.

“Do you want to go take the throne?”

“No. It wouldn’t be easy to rule over people.” Sertain says before the smile on Herac’s face almost disappears “But, I do believe that someone else should rule over Merne.”

“It doesn’t matter.” Herac says “But can I ask one more thing?”

“Sure” Sertain replies with a smile

“Can you be my.....” Herac says before Kobart pushes him.

“You can’t be the son of king Nightlen. You just can’t be.” Kobart says.

“Well, I am. So think again Kobart.” Sertain replies in the nicest tone he can put, with his anger rising and his hand forming into a fist.

“Fine. But I will know if you’re lying. Now let’s go, King.” Kobart says in a sneer through his teeth.

Sertain turns around to see what the other have. He sees Marriana with a small gun that is a cannon that you slide onto your hand. Irean has a dagger and a sword, while Kobart is dual wielding axes. Leron’s team is equipped with the glowing weapons. Leron is holding a metal winged spear, a spear that has three points with the middle point longer than the others that go to the sides(search it up for a better picture of it), his favorite weapon. Both teams venture to the outside to see what it looks like.

A battlefield filled with death and bodies that fill the land the is near the coast. Battle continues through the surrounding landscape near a tower that is toward the end of the land where the battle is in front of. Some of Sertain’s companions vomit at the sight of so much blood and bones that litter the floor in front of them. ‘This reminds of how the war was when my dad was killed’ Sertain thinks but shakes that memory from his head and looks forward. They travel forward, careful to not touch the bodies, and continue toward the tower. As they go around the battle, the rattling of bones behind Sertain make him turn around immediately. Sertain pulls out his sword, Stritain, and waits to see if something happened. A skeletal hand shoots out of the ground as the sky blackens. As the hand grabs to the ground and pulls itself out of the ground, more skeletal hands break to the surface. “Run” Sertain yells as he turns and runs with the group to the tower.

A burst of fire strikes from the sky and burns a scorch mark right in front of them. All of Leron’s group pushes us backward and charges toward the skeletons. They clash together and they see an image that was permanently scorched to the back of Sertain and everyone’s mind. The skeletons pull out swords from thin air and stab Leron’s group. Blood drips to the floor from the wounds. Then, their hands grab the groups’ heads and rip them right off. Blood squirts everywhere as they eat flesh from the heads and the bodies. Then, their bodies reform as bones and turn towards us.

Running for their lives, Sertain and his group with Leron dash forward toward the tower. As they grasp the door, Irean is pulled back toward the skeletons. Sertain runs toward the skeletons with his sword. Some of the skeletons stand in the way of him. The leader of the skeletal warriors brings a knife to Irean’s neck. Two skeletons pull Sertain away with great force “Let. Her.Go!” he yells as Stritain stabs into one of the skeletons’ heads. The skeleton blows up in a blue blast of light and disintegrates into dust. The other skeleton lets go seeing his partner being attacked. Inevitably, he faces the same fate as his friend. As the sword cuts through his skull and his body is destroyed in the same explosive shockwave that leaves the same results. The leader skeleton lets go of Irean, who falls to the floor unconcious, and attacks Sertain with great speed. Blood gushes from Sertain side as he falls to one of his knees. He stand up again and sidesteps to left of the attack. He grips his sword and raises it before the skeleton can attack. He slices his sword downward into the rushing body that tries to kill him. Dust from the skeleton flies around Sertain’s body and flies to the sky.
