"You sure this is the meeting spot" Thomas asked as the rain poured over the car. The rain drops were the only thing blocking out the silence as they pounced on the roof top.

"Yes, your brother will be here soon so we better hope they get here earlier" a tall ginger Russian man muttered as he lit a cigar.

From the distance two bright head lights approached the dark corner.
"Lets go boy"

Thomas grabbed his gun reloading it in the process, he stuffed it in his jeans covering them with his sweater.

The car parked in front of them, the bright head lights blinding them.

The car door opened revealing a tall figure in the darkness. The head lights remained on as he walked towards them.

"Thomas..." the man muttered as he starred at the eighteen year old boy "Mason.." he looked at the Russian male.

"Angel....where are they" Mason's thick accent muttered making Angel smirk.

"How's your wife" Angel's deep voice put the accent to shame. Thomas stuck out his gun pointing it at Angel.
"We are running out of time! Ginger will be here soon"

"Ginger?" Angel questioned.
"Thomas!" Mason glared at his son angrily.

"Who is this Ginger....is it perhaps....a cop" with a snap of his fingers three armed men walked out of the car all holding shot guns and machine guns.

"He's the black sheep of the family, he wanted a clean life which I am proud of and I'm not ashamed of him! Yes he is a cop, and the best damn one there is so-"

A loud bang echoed through out the streets.
A few seconds later a thud could be heard.

"I don't mess around..." Angel muttered.

Ginger's POV:

"We have callers saying they heard gunshots in Imperial city, we already sent cops to patrol the area but none of them are answering...." The chief spoke on the phone worriedly.

"I need helicopters checking the area!" He yelled.
"These are people! People with families whom' lives are in danger!"

I always watched my boss get mad every time he hears a shooting.
Probably something about his past but it was quite funny sometimes. At one point he wanted them to send the military after a drunk man who was later taken down by a bicycle cop.

He walked back in fourth angrily, "listen! Teddy Bear, the biggest drug dealer was spotted in the area! Get people there soon"

Shit.

As soon as those words escaped his lips I thought of my dad. Damn, he was making a trade today. I walked out the building into my car.

I dialed in my fathers number.
"Hello" my mom's voice answered the phone.
"Mom...where's dad"
"On a business trip sweetie, he never leaves his phone but today...for some reason he did" she muttered worriedly. "Did something happen to him!? Is he ok?!"

"Mom relax, he just forgot his phone, I'll call Tommy relax"
"Ok..."
"Go to sleep mom, dad's going to be ok"

I clicked on the phone dialing in Thomas's number.
After a couple of seconds the phone was answered...but it wasn't him.

"Hello Ginger" a deep voice muttered into the phone.

"Who are you?! Where's my dad and brother!?" I asked feeling my heart rate pick up.

"You mean the tall Russian and green eyes"
"Who are you!!" I yelled in to the phone angrily.

"Relax...they're safe...well I won't lie your father is bleeding from an arm but he's pretty strong" the voice chuckled.

"You-"
"If you want to see them again meet me at 2nd and Park street, alone, my men will find you, after all you will be the only ginger"
"I'll kill you"
"Whatever makes you happy"

The phone call ended and my screen became the usual blank one. The rain had stopped but returned twice as strong bringing lighting along with it. I was always fascinated by it but today....all I needed was my mom.
