As he spoke, Sang looked at Choon-hee as if he was asking for confirmation, so she gave a slight nod in response. Dak-ho took a deep breath before walking out of the room, not sure how to react, leaving Sang and Choon-hee alone again. The young couple slowly leaned closer to each other as Sang became her first kiss. From then on, Sang and Choon-hee were almost always together whether they were on set or not working at all. Of course, there were times they weren't such as when they were with their bandmates. After thinking it over, Dak-ho decided he was perfectly fine with them dating, but was still clearly overprotective and willing to kill Sang if he were to hurt her in any way. It wasn't Sang's first time in a romantic relationship, but it was Choon-hee's. Sang knew that and worked as hard as he could to make sure she was comfortable in their relationship.
The couple decided to wait a couple of weeks before telling their fans that their dating. Of course, fans started having suspicions before then based on how much time they spent together. It was easy to tell by the way they interacted with each other, which is how Jae-Hwa found out and was not happy about it. One day when Choon-hee was watching Sang filming, Jae-Hwa decided to ask her about it. "Hey Choon-hee, I have a question for you. Why didn't you tell me that you and Sang are a thing?"
"We haven't really been dating that long yet, and we haven't officially announced it anyone except our families, DAYBREAK, and TH1RT3EN. Why does it matter why we're waiting to tell people?" Choon-hee looked up at Jae-Hwa as she spoke so she could make eye contact. "It's not really that big of a deal either."
"What do you mean 'it's not a big deal'? Isn't he your first boyfriend? Typically, a girl's first boyfriend is seen as a huge deal. At least, that's how my aunt acted when Minji got her first boyfriend." Jae-Hwa sat next to her. "Aren't girls normally really vocal about getting a boyfriend? Especially one as famous as Sang?"
"I'm not most girls. Wait...did you say Minji? As in the actress Park Minji? She's your cousin?" Choon-hee honestly wasn't aware of Jae-Hwa's association with Minji, the girl Myung-dae liked. She figured it was just a coincidence. Park was a common last name too, so who would consider that if they didn't already know.
Jae-Hwa laughed a little. "Yeah. She's my little cousin. I'm the one that got her into acting. She was watching me practice for a part a while ago and would always watch the shows I was in, so she wanted to try acting too."
"Wow...I'm honestly a big fan of Minji's. She's really good at acting. I wish I knew that I wanted to be an actress when I was her and Myung-dae's age."Choon-hee really did wish she'd known that she was a talented actress sooner because she loved it, but she's only been doing it a little over a month now.
"At least you still found out at an early age. A lot of people don't realize that they have a gift at all. We're both still so young, so we have long careers ahead of us. At least until I have to go into the military, but I can still go back to acting after I get out." Jae-Hwa did not want to do his twenty-one months of military service, but he had to as a male citizen of South Korea. He had to at some point before he turned thirty-five. He had decided long ago that he would push it off as long as he could, though he wasn't sure how long that would be.
"That's true. If I didn't end up here, I would've gone to school to be a doctor, which is something I'm not passionate about at all. I just wanted to be a doctor because my grandmother was, and I didn't have anything else that I wanted to be." Choon-hee admitted to him. It wasn't something a lot people knew about her, but it was true. She always planned to be a doctor just because of her grandmother.
"You must be really smart to have almost become a doctor." Jae-Hwa had never really been known for being smart. In fact, many people generally saw him a dumb. "Anyway, is Sang a good boyfriend? If you say no, I will destroy him."
