   Liv' s point of view:

"Liv, honey, are you sure you want me to do this?" Grandma questioned my decision. She put her hand on my lap when she said it.

I turned to see my house. Then, I jumped when I saw a light flicker on.

"Yes, please, now drive!" Grandma jumped at what I had shouted. As soon as we pulled out if the driveway, I saw Maddie' s face appear in the window. A tear ran down her cheek. I turned away.

"It will be about an hour drive, ok?" Grandma said. I nodded. "So... how's school been?" Grandma tried to cheer me up.

"Good, I guess. Now that it is over now, I am already nervous knowing I'm not going to high school any more," I turned to her.

"I knew that feeling. I'm sure you will do great in college," we didn't talk the rest of the way there. But when I climbed into my bedroom in Grandma's house, I felt safe. I fell asleep.

   Maddie' s point of view:

I felt a tear run down my cheek as I saw Liv and Grandma drive away. I decided I was going somewhere too.  I was going to surprise Liv at her college, and apologize for everything. I would surprise her, no matter what. Even if it means taking only my second day off of college. I didn't care if Harvard needed me or not, or if Diggy needed of Willow. Nobody or anything could distract me from Liv.

                                                 One week later:
   Maddie' s point of view:

I was on my way to Stanford to surprise Liv. I couldn't believe my hands were shaking. I didn't even get nervous like this before a basketball game. I pulled up in the Stanford parking lot.

I got out, went and checked in as a visitor. I headed down the hall towards Liv' s room.

"Liv! Wow... you look really different," a peppy girl greeted me. She had dark brown hair down to her shoulders. It was pulled back in a braid. She looked at me, puzzled.

"Actually, I am Liv' s twin sister. Where is she?" I asked the girl. She frowned.

"Did you come here to apologize? That's funny, because Liv went to your college to apologize to you!" The girl giggled.

My jaw dropped open. "W- what?" I stammered.

"Well, she said she would be back either later today, or tommarow. She missed only her second day of college for you, and you did the same!"

"Yeah, I guess..." my voice wandered off.

"Oh! Excuse my manners. I'm Suzin. And you are?" Suzin introduced herself.

"Oh, I'm Maddie, Liv' s obvious twin,"

"Well then, Maddie, nice to meet you!"

"Liv won't be back till later tonight? Or tomorrow? This is so not what I wanted!"

  "Maddie?"

   "Yeah?"

"Did you ever think you are apologizing to Liv for you and not for her?"

   "What do you mean?"

"Are you apologizing to Liv to make yourself feel less guilty?"

"Wow, I never thought about it that way, maybe I am,"

"Well, that's ok. A wise person once told me that, now you can tell somebody else that," Suzin smiled at me. She seemed so unreal. Like an... I don't know, an angle sent to help us? That sounds crazy, doesn't it?

"You can stay here for the night," Suzin said.

   "Alright, I will,"
