It took a while for Juveline to log in again in her old account. Trying a list of old passwords, she finally got to open it. The application itself was an old confession app that held posts of unrequited love, guilty confessions and the like. She only had one old post there. One she made five years ago during her first year in college, and now, she was graduating. She felt that she needed to update whatever happened to her and her love. It was already a forbidden love and a tragedy from the beginning anyway.
"Hey, Juv", one of her fellow student council members called out. "You got time? Help me check and prepare a copy of the list of graduates to the seven college deans. Please?"
"Fine. Where's the list", Juveline asked as they started walking towards the office's door, putting down her phone on the computer table like an airhead. She had no time to be thinking about such things. They have a graduation event to organize in four days' time.
Seeking a functional printer, they went outside the school campus to have seven copies printed, since all other offices including the library had already been closed four hours ago. That and their personal printer decided to break just when they needed it most.
They left the student council office empty just when there was a knock on the door...
Coming inside the computer shop, Juveline realized what she'd forgotten to bring and ran back to the office to get her wallet, when she opened the door to his step-brother sitting on the computer chair, phone in hand.
She first took notice of the plastic bag on his lap, containing food that began to smell in every corner of the place, thanks to the air conditioning unit. Her face lit up at the scent. She hadn't had dinner yet after all. It was sweet of him to bring her food when she texted him she was going to be late on going home again.
"This for me", she asked cheerfully. Her brotherdid not answer. He was only staring at the phone. She called to him twicebefore he shifted his dilated gaze back at her. Only then did she realize itwas hers, and not his.
